Learn moreI called excited that there was a Marco's Pizza on my route home in Indiana. I LOVED the Marco's in Round Rock TX. I was in parking lot, only two customers inside, so I told the inexperienced clerk, I'd just come in and order. I placed my order at 5:45pm. The young man forgot to give me my receipt. When I struck up a conversation with the nice woman across from me, I found she was a door dash driver. She asked what time my receipt said. I quickly got a receipt. It was time stamped 5:45pm. Since there weren't others waiting I assumed 20 mins or half hour at most. Then found people calling in were being told three hours! After waiting 2 hrs and 45 minutes, I asked the mgr, how much longer my order would be. She said she hadn't a clue. So I told her I'll just take my $ back as I don't drive after dark. She said "we don't do refunds, because." I stopped her and said "Ma'am, I probably won't be up this way again for years and I paid in cash, and no one said anything about the wait time." The store had some issues last Saturday ordered two pizza’s that arrived early, while doing this there was a person arguing with an employee while on the phone with me taking the order. Then I called back to order a third pizza another person answered not the same as the first one said they would make sure it got posted for delivery. Well we working on a roof all day didn’t notice time. 10pm rolled around no third pizza when we started to leave the house. So I called to have the order refunded. Manager wanted to try to explain and correct the problem while I was on the phone. I told them I am not interested with why just to fix it by refunding me my order. They said in what I took to be sarcastic “I will do that” then they hung up. Well today is Monday at 7pm not heard from them, nor has any transactions been processed to refund the money. Read moreBeen eating here for years but place has severally went down hill my last couple orders, most recently, it took them way to long to figure out how to take a visa-gift card for some reason, even though I told them to just run it like a regular card MULTIPLE TIMES(I ended up being right) Then I get home, dough is barely cooked on the pizza,(I play it off and I know mistakes happen) final straw? For the multiple times that I've ordered cinna squares, idk why I always trust them to have the icing in there because, well it didn't. AGAIN. even ordering extra they still forget. Now, I'm 2 beers deep so what do I do? Take a coupon (because that's what they've offered me before when I call) or do I drive drunk to go get some icing, for them to be cold when I make it home? Because every time in the past that I've called, they REFUSE to deliver the icing the 5 minutes to my house so I can enjoy them like I was supposed to. Not even worth calling...
