I work here but no more there's been at least 3 people new hired that has not continued I've been to hospital twice blood pressure over 200 I've been told and worked food service for more then 30 years this is by far the worse environment I have experienced quite few complaints from customers on the attitudes of staff here it's very busy very hectic yes but if u can't handle with out panic and mistreating ur employees then maybe u should pursue a different position there very rude they care more about speed then quality they care more about numbers money made then they do quality of treatment and customers the food cleanliness is great in some aspects but the attitudes and how they treat customers is absolutely the most rudest place I have ever in my life experienced ur customer is why ur successful and why u have job I can't count my customers that I have had to apologize to and try turn there experiences around because of saying I'm never coming back here so many customer complain on the attitudes of staff it's wrong u do not mistreat ur customers number one number two u don't mistreat ur employees I will not return this McDonald and recommend to go the extra two miles to camby because this place needs a real serious respect adjustment kindness it's free does not cost nothing and to work in such a hostile environment will deffently tear u down who wants to cry before after work worse work environment by far and most deffently needs adjusting on how important...
Read moreStop sending people with mobile orders to the second window because of the timers in the window. Especially when there isn't anybody behind them and it's not a rush. If yall aren't good enough to do the timer get better workers or talk to the higher ups. Never ever get the sauces i pay for, just now had to go in from the drive thru and a kid on his break had to get them because nobody was paying attention and he saw me at the counter. Read moreThey were really busy. There was one girl up front and she was doing the best she could. As I watched there was a lot more talking than putting orders together in the back. I do not know what was going on back there. The girl up front noticed we had been waiting a while and checked on our order. She checked a second time and asked what time my order was put in. Finally 25 minutes after I ordered my food was ready. That was ridiculous. She apologized. We left and I noticed our fries were luke warm and cheeseburgers were sloppy; not stacked falling apart and very greasy. Thank goodness we were given plenty of napkins. Not sure what happened but also in the app my order number changed. I did not put in 2 orders but I will be checking to make sure I was not charged double. It went to a number that is usually used when going thru the drive thru but when I received my food it was the original order number on the ticket....
