Burger Time — Restaurant in Moorhead

I have loved this place for as long as I've known about it. I love this place better than Burger King. Burger times burgers remind me of a better version of a Whopper and I always add cheese to my hamburger which tastes divine. The fries are always good sometimes I get extra salt and ketchup which you have to ask for and there is no place to eat inside so you have to eat in your car or take it home. But I don't mind that since the value is passed on to the customer. From what I know there's only two in the Fargo Moorhead area: Moorhead and on main Street Fargo. Each person can easily eat under $10, daily specials, and friendly employees. Food has always been warm to the touch and not cold. Burger time is very accommodating in your order, so if you have any special food allergies you probably could mention that to them and they could prepare your food in a way you could eat it. I do not believe there is an option for gluten free so if that is your food intolerance maybe opt for the salad. One thing I like about it is they don't automatically put mustard on your burger since most of my family members do not like it. I enjoy coming to Burger Time. It is more affordable than McDonald's or Burger King. The quality is as good or better than Burger King. They give you a good portion of fries which are generally served fresh and hot. Burger Time has daily specials. Today I got the Mushroom Swiss Burger which I have to admit was a bit dry and lacking mushrooms. I enjoy a sloppy messy Mushroom Swiss Burger this was not up to what I like. It was not horrible though. I normally order the Bigger Burger. It is generally good but they could add a bit more lettuce. They often skimp on that.

There is no indoor seating at Burger Time but they do have a few picnic tables outdoors that are great to sit at in the summer. There is no shade so during the day you will be in the sun.

You have a choice of drive thru or you can order at the front window if you don't mind standing outside.

I debated with giving them three or four stars. I gave them four because I don't recall having a bad experience here unlike many other fast food...

I LOVE Burger time and have had a couple of positive experiences however my experience tonight may have been the WORST I’ve had. I arrive about 25 minuets before closing and ordered a mushroom Swiss. They could not make it because the turned off the necessary equipment to make it. The restaurant is open until 9pm and nothing should be shut off until 9pm. Aside from that I ordered 2 bacon cheeseburgers as meals, one with fries and one with curds. The fries and curds were made way too early in comparison to the burgers and were cold before I got the bag of food from the drive through window. In addition I did not receive the food I ordered. I got 2 double cheeseburgers not 2 bacon cheeseburgers. That isn’t too much of an issue, the burgers are good. Not these, the buns were soggy and thus the food inedible. Over $20 down the drain.
