Caribou Coffee — Restaurant in Moorhead

I have visited the Caribou on Veteran's that recently opened about twice per week since opening. Every single order has been extremely slow and 50% of the time there are problems with the order. Today I ordered a small milk hot chocolate with no whip cream in a medium cup and the rest hot water. There was whip cream on it. Another time they gave me mocha and I ordered hot chocolate. Another time I asked beforehand if they had honey because I like mint tea with honey and I would not order it if they didn't and they said they had honey. After I ordered it they didn't have any on the table so I asked at the counter and then waited five minutes or more while they checked the truck that just came in that they said it was on. It was not on the truck. So I just got my money back. I have been late for work because it took them so long to get my order and I couldn't drive away because I was stuck in the drive through. The staff are always kind and prompt with orders. The drinks are never disappointing at Caribou! Just wish that this location could be more consistently open each day as scheduled so I wouldn’t have to go so far from my usual commute route to get my coffee on my way to work since they are often closed many times when I’ve attempted...
