Edit: Watch your CC charges! Husband was alerted of charge increase for order 2 days ago. I looked at email receipt and saw the store added their own $7+ tip for our pickup order. Called the store but all manager could do was offer credit but I refuse to go back to a place that steals from their customers. Calling corporate to talk to them as when I completed check out, the balance that I agreed to is not what I was charged. Manager was nice but said unfortunately couldn't go back 2 days to issue refund (offered credit tho but was not wanting a credit on a future pizza). There was no place to leave a tip when I checked out for pick up so we are thinking they didn't give paper receipt to my husband and filled it in themselves??? Or the app has a hidden add on??? I don't know what to think but I feel disappointed as this has never happened to me before anywhere and now I need to watch my receipts and cards even more when ordering from places that I thought we could trust. Watch your wallet if ordering from here.
Update: Corp issued a refund and states not first time they have heard so they are going to look into the app as they think the app is adding the tip. I didn't see any place to add the a tip prior to check out and the balance didn't have a tip amount posted when I "placed order" for pick up.

Read moreIf I could give zero stars, I would. I placed an online delivery order with this Domino’s on 5/24/25 at 9:57 PM. At 11:12 PM, I received an email saying my food had been delivered—but nothing was ever brought to my door. I searched my building, called the store, and was told someone from a different apartment had mistakenly received it. I confirmed with that neighbor they didn’t have it and offered to come in and pick up a new order.
When I arrived, I was met with rudeness and accused of lying. The manager refused to remake my food unless I showed her my Ring doorbell footage. I explained I had two children in the car—one of them autistic—and they had been waiting over 2 hours to eat. The delivery driver later confirmed to me directly that he never delivered my food at all, proving I was telling the truth.
I was denied the corporate number, threatened with the police, and left feeling completely disrespected and discriminated against. I’m not one to pull the race card—but that’s exactly what this felt like. My money was accepted, but I wasn’t.

I live in an apartment building & ALWAYS put a note on my order to “please call when you arrive & i will come to the door as my buzzer does not work.” (I also prepay for the pizza & include a tip.) My delivery driver tonight was Brandon & he called me when he arrived and said “uhh this is Dominos & we don’t come into apartment buildings so if you could meet me at the door.” So I came down to the door & he said that the drivers dont enter apartments for their own safety (which is fine) but didnt need to be rudely said to me over the phone when i put a note on my order that said Id come down & meet you at the door since my buzzer does not work.
