So I stopped in to this Moorhead location normally great service, but the Spanish chick behind the corner was rude from the first sentence, and all I said is i want the grilled chicken avocado a footlong and made just how its recommend it, she continued to ask me if I wanted cheese. I said I wanted how it's recommended. And then I guess it was too hard for her it's too comprehended. So she went to grab another worker who has been there longer than her. Just so she could understand that I want it as recommended. And I, uh, I'm posting 2 pictures along with this. The messy one is the 1 that the Hispanic chick did wasn't even cut all the way through, like you're supposed to and just a complete mess, something that I would not even give to a stray dog, i was there around 6pm and there was no reason for all of her anger just because I asked for the sandwich to be made as recommended. She didn't know anything about the sandwich. I get it was a new sandwich, but that's why you learn as you go. I've worked in the food industry for a damn near 15 plus years. And how she acted was completely unprofessional, and just rude. If I was the manager or owner at that establishment, I would have let her go on the spots, but then again. But the food industry isn't how it used to be. They take the lowest, just because of the employment rate so down. And picture #2 was made by other person, and the hispanic chick. Read moreSo my boyfriend place an order online at 8:30pm when he arrived he grabbed it he noticed that he was missing the cookies and the guy behind the counter grabbed them no problem. However when he got home he noticed he didn’t have double meet and no bacon. So the nice girlfriend I am went back to the store to him a new one! When I arrived there was 3 workers two behind the counter and one walking around the front. I told one of them the problems with my sandwich he asked if id like a new one or just the add on I said I wanted a new one he looked over at the other one behind the counter and muttered something about doing it and worker #2 went to the computer and did something and worker #1 told the work standing in the front “someone unwrapped her sandwich and ate the bacon” I said nothing. Worker#2 begins to remake the sandwich whole time worker #1 and 2 are just messing around putting stickers on each other and just having inappropriate things worker #3 was talking about her terrible mother how she has no respect for bad moms while walking around me I tried to move away and she just kept walking around me , worker #2 is muttering to himself “I put triple meat on that!” Also they tried to toast it and I stopped them before they put it in the oven and they rolled their eyes and continued to make my sandwich however worker#1 is not talking to me but about me right in front of me and said “I’m going to make this so perfect she’s going to forget she came back” I replied back “I wish” mind you I’ve been in there at like 10 mins at this point for one sandwich and THE RESTAURANT WAS DEAD I WAS THE ONLY COSTUMER I’ve never felt so uncomfortable and disgusted with a food place. Read moreI've been to this subway multiple times but my last three experiences have been horrible. Wrong food twice (husband usually picks up after work). I didn't complain just ate it thinking a fluke. Tonight we ordered over $40 worth of food for the family. Husband went to pick up with being 20-30 minutes later than time. Told it wasn't ready ,wouldn't be for awhile. He didn't even start it after over 30 minutes past promise time. I ordered it 40 minutes ahead of time. The manager wouldn't even answer her phone ( employee called 3 times) when he was trying to help refund us our money. Left empty handed,went elsewhere. So update 2/17/23 ordered online had proof was charged and where and what we ordered. They did not refund us our money. This store scams you and takes your money legit. Never have I ever seen such bad customers service. Again left...
