Cynthia literally yelled at me because I was not ok with accepting this size of this drink as a large I have video that I will be sending to corporate about how CYNTHIA YELLED AT ME IN STORE AND WAS VERBALLY ABUSIVE BECAUSE I QUESTIONED HER ON THE QUANTITY OF THIS DRINK THIS WILL BE ON SOCIAL MEDIA SOON

I have the video for the owner if they would like to contact me otherwise I will reach out to dunkin Corporate office with his video and complaint because with portion control being a huge topic today why should I not ask where is the rest and then get yelled at for it am I not a patron is it now ok to Yell and belittle your customers in front of others I am well aware you guys have video camera systems please review todays incidents and tell me where I am wrong as a customer I never yelled shouted or anything but question what is a serving and what is not and when they said otherwise I asked for a medium cup poured the large into the medium cup and they said it overflowed the medium so it’s a large!!!

Food poisoning. Instant violent bloody diarrhea for one person, constant vomiting and diarrhea for the day for the other person. 2 bagels w/ cream cheese and 2 coffees. Coffees were burnt, we expect the food poisoning occurred from improper handling/storage/age of the cream cheese - 1 strawberry, 1 veggie. Could even taste the same utensil was used for both. Disgusted with whatever it was we consumed and furthermore, paying to be poisoned. Will be sure to rate this location on as many review platforms as possible, Google, Yelp, etc. to prevent others from being poisoned as well. The last six times I've gone there it has been completely new staff and every time my coffee has been wrong. I've been coming there 6 years and I'm sad to say you have now lost a customer at $7 a cup. I normally visit this facility two to three times a day for 2 years and I'm very saddened by this location changing its employees and making them not be able to make coffee correct. Please bring back your team that you had there before you brought everybody new who could not make coffee.
