First time we visit with my husband Nation Restaurant in Moraga, I always take the time to check the customer service 🙋‍♀️ and food of course 🍔🥓🥞☕ But customer service is very important if you want enjoy a good time. Because although the food is delicious, if the customer service is bad, we will not return. The menu is simple, yet I can get lost in the many different ways I want my eggs. Anyway, got the cheeseburger, grilled chicken sandwich and shakes. Their breakfast and burgers rock, but I'm not a fan of fries. Of course they came with that solid disc of onion! Yesss! It must be like a rule or a promise, you get more onions than necessary. Was doing a delivery for doordash there was three people waiting and nothing was getting done after lady wait 5 minutes she finally came over and asked what the name was for one of the customer as soon as she gave the name the bag that has been sitting there for 5 minutes was given to her. Finally she asked what name I had I told her she walked off and said nothing can't stand for poor service.
