Little Bambino's Pizza Inc. — Restaurant in Moreno Valley

I use to love doing hear for the quality service and great food. However on this particular day everything was at a uproar. As I waited gracefully for my pizze, a customer had just walked into pick up her on her order. Her order was ready and you would think everything was completed to her satisftication. Taking her pizza out the door and rite before she had opened her car door she checked to see if the pizza had met her ordering expectations. The lady began walking in with a displeased look on her face. The lady explained to cashier that this pizza was to buttery and had to much parmisean. The cashier told her shift lady the customer concern. And from there that’s when things escalated. The shift lady told the customer there is nothing that she could do because the pizza has left the store and she wouldn’t be able to make her another. As she explained the shift lady had no true concern in her tone. She was not trying to hear the customer out at all. The customer explained that she ordered the same type of pizza every week at this pacific location. The shift lady stated that she would call her manager and see what she can do. Before she called her manager she explained that she is just going say no. No more then 1 min she hangs up the phone and said yeah she said no. As I stood there and watched I was upset. Because all the cashier had to do was make her another pizza. However they would rather have a upset customer and have her never come back. And from there she would tell her experience and then others will not come to this location. I am so glad that I am not a owner of this establishment because I would have to sit both ladies down and explain what dissatisfying experience they are providing. I called in an order they sounded busy I waited for them on hold to take the order over the phone and understood they were busy and there would be a wait of about 25 min. I gave them my husband's name and phone number for him to pick up. They gave me a total of 11.83. When he arrived he waited for a little more than the 25 min mark and after not being called he asked about the order and they said they could not find it by name or phone number. He left without the pizza because they wanted him to put in another order and wait another 25 min, he denied. When he was home more than 1 hour after not picking up the pizza they called him. Apparently, they found the order. He was in the shower so we did not answer and we weren't going back anyway. We understand places get busy, but the disorganization and not being able to even locate an order is what bothered us. In the past we have had the food from here and liked it so it was disappointing to not be able to...

I come to this location all the time and I finally wanted to do the family pack which comes with two large pizzas a topping of your choice one order of chicken wings and Italian bread and sauce and 1/2 liter Coke no big deal right well not everyone in my family loves hot sauce on the wings I asked them to put it on the side but they're going to charge me extra money for the sauce that doesn't make any sense so then I asked him saying okay instead of pizza sauce for the breadsticks let me substitute it up know it's going to cost you more money how ridiculous is that I'm already spending with tax 25 bucks and they can't substitute it so just FYI for anybody that wants to substitute sauce or get anything on the side they're going to charge you extra money other places other pizza places don't do that they just lost a...
