I waited over 30 mins for someone to come back to the drive through speaker after being told to "take a look at the menu." EVERYONE was leaving the drive thru line. I had placed a mobile order about 5 minutes prior to getting there. I never even got the chance to tell them I already placed a mobile order. I drove around to the window, but there was an SUV parked at the window, they had to have been sitting there gor ages. I went in the store to see if it'd be faster to speak to someone about it. Everyone (3 people) waiting in the restaurant was being ignored, including a very elderly man who was clearly exhausted from standing and waiting to order. Another person who finally go their order had to come back multiple times to have mistakes corrected. It was pathetic. I had two toddlers with me waiting for their 2 kid's meals (only thing I ordered) I HAD to leave to pick my daughter up so I walked up and just said I just need to cancel a mobile order. The man who was poorly managing the place got snarky because I spoke up so he whined that they're "training a new crew." I stood there long enough to see that the incompetent "training" crew was in the back joking and pissing around at a slug's pace and had zero ambition to actually do their job and the same went for him. He told me to call customer service to cancel my order since it was a mobile order. After a few emails and days, I've received a refund plus a $5.00 coupon for my next BK order. But it was as though their brains were on dial up. You could tell that he was overwhelmed by his 3 customers plus the one sitting at the drive thru window for 40 mins lol Acting like it was rush hour, you could see him spiraling and panicking, yet getting nothing done. Read moreAvoid this place at all costs. I usually do, but every now and then, I feel like something different. I regret that decision nearly every time. As soon as we walk through the front door, the guy working the grill / assembly area warns us they are understaffed and backed up and that we should eat somewhere else. Normally, I would take this advice. However, I had already ordered through the mobile app, and there is no way to cancel an order after you place it. I figured my son and I would wait and be patient as we had no other choice. At first, they seemed solely focused on the drive thru. Once the lobby was starting to fill up, they finally started working on the orders for the people inside the store. After thirty minutes of waiting, I finally received our order. We were looking forward to trying the Mozzarella fries. They were so overcooked that all the cheese had melted out in the fryer, and the leftover breading was as hard as a rock. They also did not give us any fries with our combo. I went back up and informed the manager. She said more was cooking. Then she left for her office for at least 5 minutes, then switched to working in the back of the restaurant. I had to wait another 10 minutes for the guy in the back to move to the front and ask me what I needed as he knew I had been there a long time. The guy working drive-thru was useless. He continued piling up orders, and the only help he offered was taking all the fries and onion rings for the drive-thru customers. I have no desire to ever return to this...
Read moreSo, we went to burger king on 11-4-18, at around 4:15 pm on Sunday. The employee (not the mgr's) who waited on us, was clearly not feeling well, but was very polite-great cst svs!! After eating our meals, which were fine, i went to order a couple Sundae's for us, and one of the two mgr's on duty, didnt catch their names, both had blond hair, but this one was the taller of the two, anyway, this mgr, without smiling told me there is no ice- cream, the machine is broken, dont know when we will ge a new one. And, i understood that, but no smile, no apology, no suggestions about maybe trying pie or something..anyway, i ordered pie for us, she handed me the tray, no smile, no thank-you. Then, both mgr's went outside the front door, had a smoke right in front, then when we were leaving, i saw the second of the two mgrs, and let her know that the taller mgr was, "kinda rude", and all she said was, yeah, well shes, "been sick", which i guess explained her behavior?? No empathy, no apology from either mgr on duty:( We have always had great cx svs from the actual employees there in the past, as well as this time, but the mgr's were anything but friendly or polite!!
