Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Morgantown

Very slow and horrible service. Ordered using the app, however no updates were provided, likely because they weren't starting it.

Very short staffed, however not an excuse for poor customer service.

Attempted to ask about order and was told itwas next. Met with silence when asking what that meant and whether the order had even been started.

Eventually got the pizza several minutes after the estimated wait time. Might be fine for the locals, but for a family traveling through and attempting a quick stop for food, this place is unacceptable.

It would be nice if Mr. Hoodie would take off his hoodand learn to talk.

Came in person for 2 pepperoni hot and ready pizzas and bread sticks. Took 45 minutes for all of it to be done. All the while 5 more customers came in and ordered and we were all just standing there waiting. Custumer before came back and complained about their cheesy bread and showed it to the front cashier and it was black and burnt to a crisp. I order a pizza on the app and when I got there it was not ready after the app said it's ready for pick up.. The worker ( male? Don't know his name) very rude, unprofessional.. cannot even let me speak.. telling me " hold up" , interrupting me while I am talk.. he should not be near any customers because he has no customers service at all., rude and very disrespectful...
