Iām normally not the type to leave negative reviews, but my experience here really left a bad taste. My order was completely wrong. I got a sandwich instead of a wrap, and two of the sauces I asked for were missing. I paid a good amount of money, so it was frustrating, but what bothered me even more was how the staff handled the situation.
One of the employees, a respectful Black gentleman, was actually trying to fix things. I wasnāt sure if I was being offered anything extra because of the mistake, but one of the nerdy looking white guys behind the counter asked if I wanted anything else. I responded with āJust load me up,ā and someone else mentioned sauces, so I said āSure.ā The black employee who had been helping me grabbed a few sauces, two of each, which was exactly what I wanted and honestly the least they could do.
Instead of appreciating his effort, two or three of his coworkers mocked him right there in front of me. It wasnāt a racial thing. The issue was that these guys were just immature and unprofessional. They acted like he was dumb for grabbing extra sauces, even though he was doing what I asked. I've worked with people like that before. They have no class, are quick to belittle others over minor things, and they drag the whole team down.
I regret not speaking up in the moment because he didnāt deserve that. He was the only one taking the situation seriously and trying to make it right, and he got treated like a joke by his own coworkers.
I came in with patience but left disappointed. Not just because of the wrong order, but because of the toxic, disrespectful vibe I saw behind the counter. Management needs to take a serious look at how some of their staff are treating each other. I will not be...

I doordash so I usually just pick up orders for other people but I decided it was time to try after having the lingering Popeyes smell in my car after delivering the food and it, every single time made my mouth water! Iāve never experienced horrible customer service here, and Iām usually here several times a week. Iāve had to sit in drive thru for a little while, like tonight, but it seems reasonable with how busy they are and how big their orders can be. Also, looks to be short staffed. I placed a pick up order and had to go through drive thru since their lobby was closed, it took about 35 minutes, but it was very Well worth the wait, AMAZING FOOD 𤤠the guy at the drive thru speaker was very very professional, courteous and I heard him talking to each car like they was family. He was very comical and seems to love his job. The guys at the window like always were super friendly and very professional. I was missing my cocktail sauce for my popcorn shrimp but no biggy seeing how I have some at home anyways. Food was hot fresh and so delicious. Coleslaw super delicious, best Iāve ever ate. Biscuits was just how biscuits should taste, buttery and flavorful and shrimp was to die for. While we understand covid it made no sense that not a single employee was wearing a mask so it was a bit confusing. We spent over $60 and had asked for a lg mack and cheese with a meal and also asked for one as a side. Pulled into a space to eat since lobby was closed and realized we were missing a lg mack and cheese. So we waited through the drivethru line again they ask to see the reciept which we showed. A guy came to the window and explained "the large mac and cheese is in the bottom of the brown bag with your mashed potatoes and gravy" yes we got that one but we ordered 2. "Oh ok your other one is a small." Was supposed to be a lg but i guess they rung it in wrong and didn't put it in the bag either. Instead of even offering to upsize for difference in price or to just make it right for their mess up or our inconvenience they just gave us a small mac and cheese. Not often do people argue the customer is wrong over a side but they seemed frustrated they had to deal with it and started laughing as they handed it out the window. Overall just not a great impression. Popeyes is one of my favorite fast food places to eat when given the chance. Takes me back yo being a young soldier living in the barracks having a Popeyes on base right across the street where I would eat it almost daily.
