MAKE SURE YOU HAVE A QUARTER IF YOU PLAN TO USE A CART, It's a great way to cut out the problem in the parking lot! PROS: Good selection of food items, with an aisle of home products such as cooking utensils, baby items, hygiene products, ect. They have a great selection of items thats part of their healthy/organic product line(that's one of my absolute favorite thing about this store). && you cannot forget that's it's amazingly affordable. It's a great place to get alot of products for not a lot of money. I also enjoy that all walks of life can shop here & you feel so welcome. Rather your shopping for a big family or a college student on a budget this is the perfect place to shop. CONS: I don't like how rushed you feel at the checkout line. You have to hurry up & get your items up on the belt, then you rushed around to pay, so they can move to the next person in line (even if there is nobody behind you in line, they still rush you through). I understand management wants to get the customer in & out as quick as possible, they are definitely losing the customer interactions, as well as making their customers feel very uncomfortable by rushing them through the line. I am writing to provide honest feedback regarding a recent experience at one of your stores that reflects a broader issue affecting both your customers and employees.
Despite arriving almost on time after a delay caused by a Lyft driver, I was treated rudely by store management, who showed no understanding or professionalism. This incident, combined with noticeable staff shortages at the store, highlights why ALDI faces challenges retaining employees and maintaining good customer service.
Employees deserve respect and reasonable accommodation, especially when circumstances beyond their control arise. Without supporting your staff and customers properly, ALDI risks further turnover and loss of business.

   Read moreI really am thankful for Aldi. It helps cut the cost of our groceries. That being said..prices are going up, in part due to more and more things being organic or gluten free..etc. Don't get me wrong, it is great that things are healthier, just unfortunately...it is more expensive to eat healthy. Lately some of their produce hasn't been as good. Their zucchini molds faster than it used to.. So does mushrooms. Their onions often have black mold under their skin. I have to inspect a lot of bags looking for a good one. Lastly, as they sell more and more variety of products...which is great..it is becoming harder and harder to find what im looking for, which may or may not be there. They are barely breaking their boxes down in the freezer section, so I cannot easily see what it inside..and can't go by the signs, as not everything is in the right place.
