RATING - This place is Horrible. Go to another pizza place. Last night I ordered a pizza at 6:30pm. The tracking app stated that I should receive the pizza by 7:04. I waited and waited until at 7:40 I called the location. They said, "Oh yeah, are you at XXXX address?" I replied that I was. They said, "The driver has 3 more stops and he will be there". I informed them that according to their web tracker that they pizza should have been here 40 minutes prior. I asked how long it would be but they refused to answer my question and only restated that the driver had 3 more stops. I told them that this was totally unacceptable, that they were 40 minutes late already. Their reply was, "Well, do you want to cancel your order." I said yes and that I will NEVER buy anything from them again. The worst customer service I've ever had. Now, I'm trying to contact Domino's corporate to inform them of this event and the poor customer service I've received however they make it so difficult to receive customer complaints and are almost hiding their phone number. At a day in age where customer service is key and the market completion is tuff you would think they would want to collect feed back to try and improve. Read moreWanted to order about 65.00 to be delivered to a nursing home for a treat for patients here. We were paying cash but the web site won’t take an order over 35.00. I called the store to see 2 things 1. Could they wave the delivery charge like everyone on the planet is doing and she stated why would we do that??? 2. Could you take my order over the phone because of the cash limit ‘which amazes me’ and said to me she can’t do the price on the web site I would have to do regular price and would have to do 2 separate orders hence 2 separate delivery charges which the drivers don’t get. She wouldn’t do one order even knowing it was going to a nursing home. PLEASE DONT USE DOMINOS PEOPLE. THIS WAS A HORRIBEL THING TO DO TO OLD PEOPLE........I JUST GOT MY ORDER WITH ONE PIZZA WRONG AND CALLED AND INSTEAD OF BEING CONCERNED SHE SAID SHE WOULD SEND A REPLACEMENT IF WE GAVE HER THE PIE WE HAVE...WE ARE IN A NURSING HOME AND ON LOCKDOWN.. WE HAVE TO JUMP THRU HOOPS TO GET THE FOOD SO DOING THIS PROCESS AGAIN WOULD BE CRAZY..THE PERSON IS PICKING THE SAUSAGE OFF. HE WANTED ONIONS...WE WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANT AGAIN AND WE WILL HAVE IT POSTED THROUGHOUT THE FACILITY. 250 PEOPLE LIVE HERE....

Read moreAbsolutely TERRIBLE store/phone customer service (I work in F&B so I'm usually very forgiving w/ service). We always ordered online from here and the drivers were always very nice and quick so this is not about them. I had to call here bc the one on Littleton is apparently closed but is not updated in the app and you can't specify a different store for delivery. The agent checked the address, delivery was ok, then system glitched so he suggested talking directly to the store. The woman who answered told me they won't deliver to our address, I tried explaining the deal with the store/app/agent and she yelled over me several times throughout to tell me to call THAT store and have them deliver. I was trying to clarify if it was a call center I spoke with prior but she kept yelling over me and I finally had to yell, PLEASE LET ME ASK MY QUESTION. She continued to yell at me to call corporate, call the agent back, they wouldnt deliver regardless - and that was the end of the "convo." It 1000% did not have to be aggressive at all but it sounds exactly like the same person as previous reviews have mentioned. Sadly nothing will probably happen since it's the only domino's in the area now. Stick to online ordering to avoid this...
