If there is a 0 star review that's what I will give this place. Since no 0 star review. I give it one have been with MetroPCS 15 years not once I ever returned a phone, but I went there to purchase a phone and I was convince by the seller to purchase another phone which they know it wasn't a good phone at all. First day same day using it the phone kept Hung up on me for no reason and I returned it, but they refused to take it I was making false report about the phone. They can't change it. They put someone there with 0 English. I called the police on them now the dead man that came tried to make false report which I see they police officer didn't really take you serious because he knew you lying 🤥. Which that trash man doesn't last. Ithe work told he $280, then $260 when ask to checked my discount changed it to $250. Didn't give me a receipt until the police officer came, when I saw the receipt when I got home the total is $239.87 and he made me give him $250 cash with no change back .    Read moreSCAM: Buyer Beware: This Metro store truly takes advantage of it's customers. They add in tons of fees to their services that are not relevant. They are basically taking money from people that don't pay attention to the bill.
I went here to activate a line for a device I own. They charged me 129 dollars to activate my own phone. T-Mobile Corporate would have charged me 80.00 for the same service. That means they are basically charging 62% more than if you go to a REAL T-Mobile store.
They also put me on the wrong payment plan. I asked to add a line for 25 dollars a month (my old promotion). They said they could do it but put me on a 60 dollar a month plan. I am sure they got a hire commission for this error.
My recommendation is to skip this store and find a company owned T-Mobile store or just buy what you need online.
P.S. The Manager of this store also does not treat customers or his employees well. He was constantly yelling... and talking down to people. Just another reason to...
