I had written a very positive review awhile back, but the order I received tonight has brought me here to write an update. The first picture is from over a year ago and is what I ALWAYS order. The second picture is from tonight's order which has me so frustrated . I wish I could call but I can't. The sad thing is that it all comes down to a lazy staff with obviously poor management supervision. I ordered penned noodles, not fettuccine, I was supposed to have chicken but it is missing. They did add sausage but the failed to give me the additional side of sausage I ordered as well as the extra broccoli and the extra mushrooms..all of which I paid an additional charge for. So basically,,the entree that is usually $10.99 ends up costing me nearly double because I want additional toppings. I paid nearly $10 extra for things I did not get and even what I did get is wrong . Reading is fundamental and would have prevented this from occurring I cm. It is obvious that the lazy employees tonight failed to read the order ticket. That is the very best possible scenario. I would be willing to bet that the kids just didn't feel like doing their job and because it was only an hour to closing time on a Friday night, hoped they could put it in the bag and that would not notice until I got home which that is what happened. Most people would just deal with it but I am so over these younger generations getting by with their poor work ethic and lack of responsibility. Yes I will be calling tomorrow because I am a lot more than just made right now!!! The worker who packaged my order need to be fired because this is such a blatant situation where it is obvious the person doesn't want to work. Well they should no longer be allowed to "work" there and needs to be taught a lesson. The manager needs a performance review becsuse when it has happened to one, it has happened to others.Non of what happened tonight is acceptable or...
Read moreI went to the Fazolis in Morristown Tennessee. I pulled up to the drive through and waited at least 10 minutes and no one responded. I called the restaurant & the lady that answered the phone apologized & said give me a couple minutes & we’ll be with you. Finally someone came in the speaker & took my order ( I ordered the baked sampler). I pulled up to pay and the gentleman said pull forward & we’ll bring it out, to which I did. I waited another 15-20 minutes. When I got my order home all of my food was pack in one tiny container. The spaghetti was mixed in the fettuccine & the lasagna was squeezed in between. I called & talked to Robin the manager. She said they are supposed to come in divider containers and to come back & she would redo it. I went back the next day but she wasn’t there so I talked to another lady. She had them redo the order & I got to the car to look at it. It was the same as the day before. All mixed together in a tiny container. I took it back and told her I was told by Robin that it came In divided to go boxes. She wanted to argue with me telling me that it didn’t. She talked to me like a child calling me honey and sweetie trying to belittle me. That was the last time I will return to Fazolis. No one wants fettuccine that’s mixed with spaghetti sauce or your food crammed in a tiny box that you don’t even know what item your eating. Management needs to learn that trying to degrade a grown person by calling them home honey, sweetie, etc only makes the problem worse. I will not return to...
Read moreI went through the drive thru and ordered a baked family meal with a pepperoni pizza. After I paid for the pizza and pulled forward, because there was a line and I had waited 30 minutes to order, a manager (I assume) came out to the car and told me that they didn’t have pepperoni pizza and asked whether I wanted to wait another 15 minutes or just get pepperoni breadsticks. I elected to get the breadsticks and the manager (?) asked what type of cheesecake we wanted. 18 minutes later (I was watching the clock) a young man brought an order to my car. I thanked him and pulled away. When we looked in the bags as we were pulling away we discovered there was no breadsticks or cheesecake. I don’t mind the no cheesecake, but we missing 16 breadsticks seems off. I went back into the store and informed the person behind the counter and they did get me the 16 breadsticks and got me two pieces of cheesecake, but the manager (?) was no where to be seen. Now even after this I wasn’t upset until I got home. Nothing was warm, or hood. The pizza breadsticks had pepperoni that hadn’t been touched by heat, the marinara sauce had meat, the pasta was rubber…it was horrible. Long waits shouldn’t be rewarded with terrible food.
So someone asks me to reach out, I do reach out. I reach out the same day that it is requested. And now, a week later, no contact. Makes me very much doubt...
