On the morning of December 28th, we stopped at this McD's for a quick break from our morning travels. We just needed to stretch our legs, use the bathroom and grab a quick snack for our daughter.
The bathrooms were ok; Clean, fresh smelling, etc. No issues there.
While my daughter and wife got into the car, I stepped up to the register to place a quick order for two hashbrowns. I waited for probably close to two minutes before a young lady slowly wandered over to take my order.
When she asked what I wanted, I replied "Just two hashbrowns, to go". She slowly looked up from the register to me, let out a large sign, mumbled something, and slowly walked away.
She went to another lady, older who seemed to have some bit of authority. The younger lady whispered to the older lady for a few moments, then she wandered on to the back of the kitchen. The older lady slowly wandered over to the register and proceeded to ask me the exact same question the younger lady had just about a minute prior. Once the order was taken, she slowly wandered (see a pattern of slow wandering here?) to the kitchen. After about 3 minutes, my order was ready and it was handed off to me.
While I stood there waiting for the order, I couldn't help but to overhear the yelling going on in the back between several of the employees. There was obviously no love between them behind the scenes. Also, I noted that the area around the registers was quite dirty, including a very dusty display case situated next to the register.
All in all, I was not impressed with this McD's location. I get it, times are tough and it's hard to find people to work these days. The employees I had direct interaction with were of poor personality and 'slowly wandered' a lot. That, coupled with the very vocal displays of unhappiness in the back, paints a sad picture of life at this location.

Read moreWe went through the drive thru, which took so long, for no apparent reason other than the employees having meaningless conversation. We ordered our food, which included a bacon McDouble with no ketchup.
We check the food after the long wait of sitting at the window and then staring at us and not speaking. They gave us a McDouble with no ketchup. No big deal, it happens. I went it and told them. The manager on duty takes it, throws it away, and tells the young man in the back the corrected order. I wait about 10 minutes, get it, check it again. It’s the same thing. I stand there for awhile until the manager finally comes back over to me. I tell him it’s the same thing again. He takes, it throws it away, and tells the young man again. After another 10 minutes, I finally get the burger with a tiny broken piece of bacon.
Honestly, he could’ve gave me a couple of pieces on the side the first time and I would’ve been fine. The fact that I waited so long and continued to get the wrong order isn’t even what truly bothered me. It was the fact that the manager acted like he had no idea what he was doing, in general. The kids on the grill kept wandering of to the back and the manager had to keep asking for them. The girl in the drive thru was requesting the managers help, but he was off in the back doing nothing.
I worked at this same location in hight school, and I was sad to see the place now. We would have never been allowed to act like these workers. We were required to have manners, dress and groom ourselves appropriately, and do our jobs, all of which was very lacking while I was there tonight. Read moreOn July 16, 2024. Arrived at location some where between 8-8:30pm. Store was not busy at all, so I rolled thru Drive Thru to make a quick. I ordered 4 mc doubles and what I received was 4 sandwich with dried up over cooked meat hardly any ketchup or mustered and one pickle on each sandwich there was no onions at all! Also adding picture of food I was expected to eat! What really tops this whole traction off is my order was handed to me by the Manger on duty. I am very of this because Mangers drees different then employees. I tried to call the store back but phone only wrong and then went to fax machine...
UPDATE!………… I finally got a hold of John at 9:12p.m. was told if I got the receipt to head on back to the restaurant and he would replace but I have to get up at 3am for work so asked if it would be ok to come tomorrow. Which he said that would not be a problem. However the concern that I have is why is it I have to bring receipt and drive back to store, this should have never been a issue and now I am spending gas to get back up there tomorrow so now these sandwich have just about double in cost for me but I will not never leave a place before checking my order no matter where it comes...
