Honestly, this place is still in beta testing.

As much as the concept is cool, the execution is not. Every Friday I have been here they have run out of food and lines are far too long to get a drink from one of the limited number of places they have. Tonight Fullsteam had a power outage (which seems to have been an issue for a couple of days) and nothing on tap was available just a small selection of cans.

I would also complain that the hours are ridiculously short, but if they don't have supply to last until 7pm it's actually a benefit.

The stage area is good, the roster of musicians who play here is diverse and interesting, the seating is fairly plentiful, the parking is ample... but if, when you are open, nothing is available and half the other stores only open in the daytime, then it's a wasted journey. You can just go to any surrounding brewery that actually has food and drink and a short wait.

It's amazing that with so many individual vendors in one place that they repeatedly don't have anything available. Failing to meet demand once may be an unexpected surprise, twice might be a work in progress, but three times? Four times in a row?

Boxyard need to fix the supply and demand problem quickly. If that means calling up a few food trucks to supplement the on-site food offerings between 5 and 8, then do it. Until then only visit here weekend evenings if you eat or drink...

I came here for the first time on game night. The way it works is there's a table of games up front to borrow and you play it with whoever you came with. It isn't an organized event. There's a host who can help explain how to play the games and make recommendations. Boxyard is a great space but there is a few things they could improve on. Being that the location is only just over a year old i believe that they can work towards some of these installations. In the heat of the summer beware that indoor seating is extremely limited at the vendors and there is one giant ceiling fan over the patio but it doesn't provide much effect. Someone else commented that their should be the misters, I think that would be a good idea. Providing more umbrellas on floor two for shade as well. What would be fun to see would be some yard games such as giant Jenga, connect four, corn hole, etc as boxyard expands. The outdoor open air concept is fantastic. The sunset with the string lights here is beautiful in the evening. I loved the variety in seating as well. This is a great place for a date or to grab...

The 3 star rating is intended as guidance for those in the more senior age group. As three males in our early 70's, two of whom have some minor mobility issues and some loss of hearing issues, I realized I had selected an inappropriate place for us to meet and catch up, after high school graduation 55 years ago. The stairs up to the first level were a little daunting, but not too bad. We were even able to grab a table in the shade. Yea! But.....that's when I realized that there was a DJ. The sound from the DJ combined with the hub bub from the 1:30 PM crowd was overwhelming for our catch up conversation. We ended up spending 4 hours in the Pizza And Beer place enjoying the air conditioning, the root beer, three different varieties of pizza, and the friendly waitstaff person who served us, immediately provided 3 take away cartons to keep the numerous flies off of the pizza while we enjoyed it, and graciously took pictures of us with three different cell phones. We also made note of an elevator that we could have taken to the second level...
