Chill Mama – Fusion Street Bites - Indian Food Truck — Restaurant in Morrisville

An Indian fusion food truck I happened to randomly stumbled upon by which I loved.

I ordered the Spicy OG (which actually had shredded goat in it—major win) and a Chicken Frankie. Both were packed with flavor, the kind that instantly reminded me of my time back in India. The Frankie especially hit different—the wrap was soft, the meat was tender, and every bite had that perfect punch.

Service was chill, and I had my food in about 15-20 minutes—not bad at all for a busy truck. Nothing fancy, but exactly what you’d want when you’re hungry and just need good food fast.

Long story short: I stumbled on Chill Mama by accident, but next time I’ll be hunting it...

Today I tried food from this amazing food truck, and everything I tasted was absolutely delicious! The Peri Peri Chicken Frankie was bursting with flavor and had just the right amount of spice. The Paneer tikka Frankie was perfectly seasoned and had a great balance of textures. And the burgers — juicy, fresh, and so satisfying!
