I arrived at this subway (December 1st, 2021) at 9:04 - google said this location opens at 9:00am. I did not want to be that person that comes in as soon as opening but I was already running late bc of stopping here to where I had to be this morning bc I was really in need something substantial for the day.
I walked in and the woman working looked at me and did not say a single thing. No greeting of any kind. Just silence. I walked to the side you begin ordering at and she looked at me, huffed, rolled her eyes, still did not say a single word. (She was intentionally rude- but why???) She was probably having a bad day and I obviously made it worse by being there- so I began to walk out of the store and still did not get a single word at all.
I am only writing this because I saw others reviews about the service of this location and it is likewise to my experience. There really needs to be something implemented, discussed, or reevaluated because blatant disrespect and feeling bothersome for going to get a subway sandwich is just unacceptable. It is a sand-witch shop. Please learn how to at least not be disrespectful to PAYING customers.

Read moreThe subway is my go to place for salads but this particular store is the worst amongst all stores I visited. On 22nd June 2022, I went to the store and ordered a salad. The lady in the counter gave all the portions in half quantities, like literally half scoop of chicken and 2 slices of cucumber. I counted the slices and showed it to the lady in counter. The salad bowl was half empty after all the fillings. When asked about it, she started throwing stuff around very rudely and said she has been working for 4 years and she knows what to do. As I didn’t want to get into argument, I said ok. She turned back and started saying stuff that I didn’t understand. I kept quite for a minute and then I said, “if you have something to say, say it to my face”. She turned to my face and with arrogant tone and attitude told me to leave the store. I asked her the reason. She again started saying stuff I didn’t understand and said she will call the cops. I said her to please call so that cops can see in the camera who started yelling in the first place. As soon as I said that, She kept the phone receiver down and told me to leave store. Read moreI got a footlong and had it halved and first they tried charging me more then the actual amount (I am a local costumer and get subway around once a week) I told him and he said he would fix it just this once. That is outrageous considering It took him 3 times to get the amount of Bread i asked for although it was only One foot long, his hygiene was also lacking as there was snot coming from his nose, when i asked for toppings he put in less than half of what is the normal amount, when I asked for sauce he didn’t even put it on the whole thing and constantly missed the sides and after i mentioned it he started doing only one dash of the sauce and then held his hand out as if he meant to say be quiet. Then on top of that a Lady who was on the phone the whole time while taking another costumers order had finally gotten off and tried stepping in when she had no clue what was happening because she was on the phone.
