If you’re missing authentic Hyderabadi masala dosa, karam dosa, pearl punugulu or any of those amazing street food bandis back in India — especially from South India (Hyderabad) — you must check out Flavors on Wheels Indian Food Truck in Morrisville, NC.
I recently visited my cousin’s place in Cary, NC, from Austin, and honestly, I was so surprised that we could get food here that tastes just like the Hyderabadi flavors we crave. It truly felt like we didn’t have to miss Hyderabad at all — the dosas, chutneys, and other snacks are so authentic and delicious.
The food is freshly made, super tasty, and the people running the truck are very friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere around the truck is also nice — it’s a peaceful spot where you can go with your family, sit, relax, and enjoy a little taste of home together.
I really encourage everyone to try all the different items on their menu — each one is worth it. If you love Hyderabadi street food, you’ll feel right at home here!

Read moreBest chai in town for 1.50. A bit slow on delivery of food, but great ambience, good prices, good condiments and chutneys, best chai in the area among all fastfood stalls , and always consistent taste (i appeciate the paper cups instead of styrofoam). Better priced and better seating than rest of the food truck indian food. Masala dosa and poori+curry are my favorites.I am pretty much going through their menu end to wnd each viait and chicke fried rice, chilli chicken are good too(ask for chilli chicken be made dry) Chitti purugulu is best value for money.. Did i say masala chai is excellent? It is.I talked to the chef and managers multiple times a d they always accommodate special requests i make for small adjustments. Compared to BLR and other 'eat and go, why are you stull here? Faces' pleasant to see a smile on staff members. We will tey...
Read moreI will definitely be coming here again. One thing we ordered was the dragon chicken. It was well cooked with a flavorful sauce coating the chicken. We also ordered the pearl Punugulu which was warm, soft, and fluffy on the inside, with the outer layer being a crispy shell that had the perfect crunch when biting into it. The food here clearly had a lot of work put into it evident from the wonderful taste it had. The service was also fairly quick, considering that everything was warm and fresh. The owner was also extremely kind and suggested their best dishes while also minding food preferences like veg and non-veg. In addition, the atmosphere was very pleasant with a huge seating area on the side of the food truck. Definitely a great food truck here in Cary NC and definitely worth going to. I will be going to this spot again and recommending...
