Taco Bell — Restaurant in Moscow

I’ve got quite an opinion on this place nowadays. I used to work here at this location, it was on point with fast service, lovely workers, great food that was prepped right, and much more. 2024 has turned this place into something I haven’t seen. My fiancé goes here tonight to get us some food, the chalupa meal. They charged us extra for large cups and proceeded to give us small ones without trying to fix it or come to an understanding but not one employee mentioned it and was doing this to everyone charging extra for something they didn’t receive. The second thing is our food was prepped wrong with tomatoes I’m allergic to and very messy and just thrown in the bag. Everything fell off of the chalupas and we were left with chicken and sour cream😂. The third thing is the guy who took our order was so high off his ass he couldn’t stand straight or ring our order in correctly like what’s happen you guys just hiring whoever now huh😂👍🏻 this is a long review but I’m not done lol this place has run to the ground and it sucks cause it used to be a top place to go to. Now the food takes ten minutes to get, the workers aren’t sober, the foods soggy or messed up somehow, and somehow they still mess up simple orders with minimal add ons or things changed. It’s crazy and so wrong that we pay you guys to serve us because that’s your job and what we get in return is drugged out kids messed up service and nothing fixed other then I’m sorry please come back and we can get you a something free or we can definitely fix that if your still by come on back and we can remake it! This place has really gone down hill with the people they have decided to hire. I know there is a staffing shortage, but this is just beyond unacceptable. My family ordered 3 cravings boxes, through the mobile app, and since we do not care for the ground beef, we swap it for beans. Upon entering the store and getting our drinks, one employee working the food line was VERY loud in his complaining about our swaps and how that was just too much. Seriously? Swapping the beef for beans is too much for you? This wouldn't be that bad, accept this guy was using my name while he was doing it! I walked up to the counter to see what was going on and why my name was being used over and over in such a way, and was told he was "being talked to". Considering the way this person had been going on and on, we asked for a refund which we did get because we did not trust that a person like that would't intentionally mess with our food. We were also told that he would be written up for his conduct. The shift lead was very understanding, however the manager didn't bother to come out and talk to us nor did I get the sense that anything will really be done. After last weekend I will never go back to this Taco Bell. Young girl working at drive thru window last Thursday night Aug.10 around 9pm must of never been taught how to treat customers. After her getting upset being i explained 3 times that id like a specific burrito placed seperatly from others in a bag. She couldnt understand finally said nevermind(this was face to face not speaker) My son was driving vehicle. She opened her window and i am not kidding when i say she literally threw our bag of food at us then slammed her window closed. I went thru our food as my son drove me around to park so i could go in. The burrito i asked in seperate bag wasnt even in order. I went inside and was very upset how she treated us. Guy gave me burrito asked if he could do anything else. I then go home to find everything i ordered wasnt in food. Nothing i had was what i ordered. Tried to call back to really complain but phone buzy next 2 hours. I excused the last 6 years of the slowest TacoBell I had ever been in being this is a college town. I normally wouldnt complain being young kids work in fast food but...there is no excuse for this young lady and she has no business working with the public and if these are the type of employees TacoBell chooses to hire then again i wont be going to this Moscow franchise...
