Wow... I said 850 pm I was there about 840 I can'. T remember the time but I know it was before 9 o'clock.I know it was before 845. I remember when she came to the car.It wasn't even 9 clock yet... And I literally did this review.And time as changed the time to 845 lmao 4 stars i picked was all 4 her Where is the owner at????? these girls Are literally pushing away your customers and really.We don't have a choice but to go to this DQ.Because you're the only one here The girl you have working last night.7/14/24 850 pm I think she went to 3 cars and they left cause she said JUST TO LET U KNOW You will be waiting a long time. Cause we kinda don't have, but we kind of do have ice cream. I said so which one is it you do or you don't have IT She says do you want to wait or not? IT DONT MAKE NO SENSE I don't even think she listens to herself. Talk because she sounded retarded. She got more mad rolled her eyes and walked away w attitude 🤣 🤣 🤣 🤣 all because I waited 😆 😆 🤣 when she walked up to my car, she already had attitude I hadn't even said nothing to her. I turned around. I seen her she scared me walking up on my car like that and I turned doen the radio. She already had a f..ked up Ugly face with that ugly attitude. Clearly she don't like her job...... I really can't believe she's still working there. I stop going because of her i come back. She's still working How was that even possible? All the reviews you got are bad. She's making you lose so much money. She's turning down money. For your company. NO I REPEAT NO CUSTOMER SERVICE !!! She was so mad that my choice was to wait she wanted me to leave like the other 3 cars then when I GET TO THE Speaker to order.I was informed again that it would be a long wait but don't 4get It was close to closing and this is why she got a Attitude So the girl that's telling me I say I'll take a medium slushy. Strawberry, and she's gonna say. We're out of that too. I'm so sorry. Then I hear a pause for at least 5 seconds and then somebody else gets on the speaker and it was her the one that came out to the car and she informed me that she has the right to refuse service to anybody, I said, oh I know you do sweetheart, I know you do And thought of her attitude so I didn't get to order because of her I left. It's crazy that u have had that person WORKING THERE ITS NOT CRAZY ITS. SAD CUZ ONE DAY SHE GOIN TO FIND OUT SHE DONT TALK TO PPL THE WAY SHE DOSE AND THINKS IT OK..... I would love to see that day when somebody puts her...

This place has the worst customer service even for a fast food joint . I'm absolutely appauled. I just moved here from Seattle and I've never ever had a problem with placing an order at any dq in my life. I ordered my usual funnel cake and it comes with ice cream I asked if they could put the ice cream on the side in separate container because the funnel cake gets soggy and mushy from the ice cream running on to it. They refused, in sister that it's next to the cake not on it got the Manger on the box and said per store policy they will not put the ice cream separate. It has to go into the same container and that they don't touch one another they are seperate. WHAT THE HECK DO YOU THINK HAPPENS WHEN YOU PUT A FRIED HOT FOOD NEXT TO A MOUNT OF ICE CREAM? DUH! IT MELTS AND MAKES THE BREAD SOGGY. NOTHING I HATE MORE THAN SOGGY BREAD SO FINALLY AFTER REFUSING I ASKED IF I COULD GET SOMETHING TO PUT IT IN MYSELF. FINALLY THEY AGREED. I ALSO ASKED IF THEY WOULD PUT BOTH CHOCOLATE AND STRAWBERRY ON JUST THE OCEAN CREAM AND ADD PEANUTS TO THE ICE CREAM AS WELL. THEY SAID YES. I GOT TO THE WINDOW WHERE AGAIN SOME OTHER MANAGEMENT TEAM INFORMS ME THAT THEY WILL PUT THE TOPPINGS ON IT THIS LAST. TIME DON'T EXPECT THEM TO DO IT AGAIN. AND THST THEY HAVE SO MSNY MENU ITEMS AND I CANT GO AROUND CHANGING THINGS!!!! WHAT KIND OF SERVICE THIS!!! i absolutely loved dairy Queen until this incident and now will not be returning to the one in moses lake. I had to argue and argue with these people about customer service and funny how in the everett, lake stevens, and Seattle area where I've ordered the same thing I've never had anyone say anything to me what so ever about anything like this. Really sad dairy Queen and you used to be my favorite. Bad firdt impression Of this town hope the rest of it...

My experience, hopefully yours is different.

We were Driving West on I-90 when we decide ice cream sounded good. We watched the exits looking for a great place for ice cream. Then we found it Dairy Queen! Yes...

It's about 2 miles from the interstate. So it took a while to get there and there is a photo radar trap in a school zone on the way there so you should be aware of be careful.

When we got there we went through the drive thru. There was 2 cars in line. It took about 20 minutes to get up to the order/menu board, so, so much for the quick stop over for some ice cream.

We ordered 6 items. 1 small vanilla shake, 1 medium choco dipped strawberry blizzard, 1 medium chocolate cherry blizzard and 3 orders of onion rings. They said they were out of cherry so we had to change it to 2 choco covered strawberry blizzards.

We paid for it and were asked to pull forward and wait. It took about as long as we expected for the extended wait for our onion rings.

We were a bit disappointed in how much 5 onion rings cost. Other than that the onion rings were good.

The vanilla shake was a bit runny but no real complaints about it.

But the real disappointment were the 2 blizzards. First, who runs out of cherry topping in an ice cream shop. Second, the blizzards had an off taste. It wasn't as sweet as I had expected. The off taste was sort of like an artificial sweetener taste where you put too much in. There wasn't much strawberry flavor maybe because the off flavor overcame the strawberry flavor. It could have been the source of the off flavor.

The staff was friendly but slow.
