Metro by T-Mobile — Local services in Moses Lake

I asked about a phone I ordered, she said it was there but she'd calle back. I don't know what she was thinking or doing but i never got a call back. The only reason I drove so far was because the phone I payed for was delivered there. The second time I called she hung up on me. The next time she didn't even talk just hung up. I still got the receipt. She also threw away a sim card I had in one of my phones idk if that okay but i think i had stuff on there i needed, i didn't think she'd toss it out. Ever since they joined TMobile their service has been declining every month. And it's not right that TMobile customers have priority over metro customers, if it's all the same then everyone should be treated the same. I used to have good internet and phone service but now the internet is super slow and a lot of time it can't load the page, and the phone service connection is in and out and this is all within the town where it should have excellent service. March 24th- we came in all the way from trickiest 30 min before closing and the lady there has no customer service. She didn't help and she lied to us about the systems turn off automatically. Why hire people who don't work. It was disappointing and annoying since we don't even live out there and by the time we would have gotten back home all the Metro PCS stores would have been close. The person working couldn't have been anymore unprofessional and Lazy. Totally worse store to EVER...
