My friend and I went to the Moses Lake Pizza Hut two days ago. We were greeted by Autumn who was playing with her tongue piercing. Not a pretty sight. We were seated at a booth that they had capped on one side to make a sort of half wall with the buffet on the other side. We each ordered an individual pizza and we shared a side order of garlic bread. Autumn took our order without anything to write it down on. As she was leaving she verified our drink orders and got them wrong, so we were a bit concerned about if we were going to get our pizza right. She brought our drinks, but she failed to bring the lemon that I had asked for so she said she would be right back. We started chatting again and I was startled when the waitress reaches over that little "wall" to hand me the lemon slices. Apparently she was to tired to walk around and serve it correctly. Soon after someone else came to our table to verify whether we wanted garlic bread or garlic breadsticks. The same person came back again to verify our pizza toppings. When we got our pizzas they were steaming hot and since they were put straight down on the plate without anything between, our pizza crust became soggy very quickly. When Autumn came back with our bill she asked if everything was alright I told her about the pizza being soggy. She said she would see what she could do about it. When she returned she said she had given us a 15% discount and she left without asking me if I wanted a box or even taking the bill back with her since my friend had immediately put her debit card in the folder. We were visiting and catching up after eating and we were the only ppl left so one of the staff members decides to bring out this huge Hoover and proceeds to vacuum right by our table. Even thou we had the bill with the debit card sticking out on the table, she still ignored it and continued to vacuum. After about a half-hour we finally gave up and went to the counter to pay. A third person was making boxes there and she took our payment. I started to ask her about the pizza and if they ever put something between the pizza and the plate to prevent it from getting soggy. She started to ask me a question when Autumn came up and interrupted us and told the employee she had a call for her on hold. She then rushed thru our payment and left. Apparently she wasn't concerned about our dining...
Read moreI'm an outside sales representative and buy around 50 pizzas every week for my customers. I decided to try out this pizza hut branch instead of Domino's which I've been using previously. I stood at the counter for at least three minutes before anyone came and helped me. Robert, the store manager, told me the special today was a large-3 topping pizza for $12.99. I told him I wanted those: 4 on one order, and 2 on another. He then charged me full price for all four pizzas: $17.57 instead of $12.99 as discussed. I requested him to either give me a refund of the difference back onto the card, or take it off my other order. He said it was not possible, unless he gave me back cash. I told him I can't take cash back (I use a corporate card, it would not be okay to take cash back). He had the audacity to ask why I don't want cash back.
He then agreed to take off the extra amount charged from my next order of 2 pizzas which he took of $15.16 from my next order-- this is still less than what I should have been credited. Again, he did not honor the special price.
When I asked about the pizza hut rewards, he said I could not get points on in-store pizza orders. He insisted three times that I could not get pizza hut rewards. He finally gave-in and typed in my number and it went through, he was surprised. He is the manager? ?
Throughout this ordeal, Robert continuously asked me if I wanted bread sticks and would not respect that I didn't want any until I raised my voice...
Read moreWe have had good and bad experiences here. Today was by far the worst one ever. We ordered 2 orders of garlic knots, 7 drinks, and 2 large pizzas. Party of 7. You would think they would bring all of your food to you at once so everyone could eat together. They brought out one order of garlic knots. About five minutes later they brought out 1 large pizza and said the other pizza would be right out. I asked about the other order of garlic knots, and she said she would get them. She brought out garlic knots and we continued to wait for the other pizza. And we waited, and waited. Finally asking where the other pizza was, 40 minutes after we had ordered it. They never even made it. We waited for them to make it, and she brought it over to us in a box. Handed the box over to my husband and said something like, I boxed it up for you to go. We were not ready to leave. Half of us hadn't even eaten yet. We took some of the pizza out of the box and ate it, as it was we had somewhere to be and thought this was going to be a quick easy trip. Needless to say they will not be getting my business any time soon. And this is the pizza that came 55 minutes later, and was not cooked all the way. Totally...
