El Charro Birrieria — Restaurant in Moses Lake

Never left a Google review before but this is quite literally one of the best birria tacos I've ever had. One of the best foods I've ever had if I'm being honest. These tacos were stellar the guy I talked to which I assume was the owner was so insanely nice and recommended which taco to get. The tacos have charred cheese on the top fall apart meat that tastes delicious. I love the red sauce it was perfect. Overall awesome experience. Bring a jacket if you are in November though. This is my absolute favorite place to get birria. It is a treat to myself in the summertime when they are at the farmers market, and I'm so so happy they opened a permanent spot by the farmhouse coffee shop. ♡ They are always wonderful and remember me when I come by. I've tried almost everything on the menu and have loved every item. My husband and I want to get the birria pizza some time but it's always just been the two of us and it feeds...

Got the quesacombo that comes with 2 quesabirria and a cup of consumé. They were loaded up with meat and super good. The consumé even has meat in it. It was packaged nicely so nothing spilled. The lady was very nice as well. Will definitely go back.
