If I could leave zero stars I would. SERVICE WAS TERRIBLE! Really rude racist women who was serving us. Me and my boyfriend went during the day we were gonna go to el reconsito but wanted to try something new. We were greeted by a nice women thinking she would be our server until another women came in to serve us. I had asked for 3 tacos of adobada me thinking they were just the tacos and my boyfriend had ordered 3 sopes. He had no idea they didn’t serve sopes with tongue because usually Mexican resurants let you put any kind of meat on ur food. My boyfriend politely told this lady if he can have 3 sopes with tongue as meat and this lady had thought I didn’t know English (my boyfriend doesn’t speak English but he new she was being rude) she started saying “looks like you didn’t look at the menu” in English thinking I didn’t know English myself for how I kept talking Spanish. I got so mad. Because how is she going to speak English to someone who keeps talking Spanish to her? I had also ordered 3 tacos of a specific kind of meat when I got my plate completely hot like if they microwave the food in that same plate and it wasn’t the meat I had asked for. And looks nothing like tacos. I was truly disappointed how she attended us. I should’ve just gotten up the minute she started being so rude to my boyfriend because that’s just racist of how she decided to start talking English rudely thinking I didn’t understand. She changed her mood and started being nice when she realized we weren’t being nice to her or even giving her an answer to things. Thinking we would leave her a tip. Hate to make this review but I found a hair in my food. I went to take a bite of my beans and a hair was in the middle of the beans. I called and the lady at the front tried to blame the door dasher but I know it's impossible by the packaging of the food, my food being in the bottom of the bag and the fact that my work is about 2 mins away so he had no time to "mess" with it. It honestly wasn't a big deal but this worker kept making it a big deal trying to blame the Dasher and not understanding that I just wanted my food replaced mistakes happen she kept saying it wasn't her fault, I never blamed her I just said whoever prepared it must have had hair fall into it no big deal but she made it into a big deal which was unnecessary. My sister made a reservation a week ago to find out “we don’t make reservations” bc they had just seated someone else and all the reservations (including ours) on the wall the girl that spoke to us had attitude since we opened the door with a look on her face like we were the inconvenience and the short guy that we asked nicely used the excuse of the manager is the cook today. They even asked my dad and my brother to help them move tables, excuse me didn’t ask, demanded them. we left and noticed our reservation was taken off the wall. We finally decided to go to Casa Herradura where they seated us right away and welcomed us like family. If I could recommend a Mexican restaurant in Moses lake I highly recommend Casa Herradura.
