Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Moses Lake

1 1/2 hour drive to Moses Lake for an appointment, early for it, so we decided to go through your Drive-thru. We ordered the Breakfast Platter Combo with bacon. That has the eggs, hashbrown patty, pancakes, bacon, and comes with an extra hashbrown patty and coffee. We asked for creamer and sugar for our coffees. We were asked to pull into the front of the restaurant and wait for our food. There was 3 vehicles, us being the 2nd vehicle. When she brought out our food, mom had to ask for our coffees. While waiting for our coffee, mom looked in the food bag and there wasn't any syrup, condiments or forks. She brought out our coffee and mom ended up just asking for some syrup and a couple of forks. Go to put creamer and sugar in our coffee and see that she never gave us any. So, I had to put on my mask, get out of the vehicle, and go into JITB, anyway. Had to wait for someone to come up to the counter to help me. Got the same worker, told her that we didn't get any creamer and sugar for our coffee. She tried to give me Splenda, which I can't stand the taste of, I said that I didn't want it, and asked her where the sugar was. She said that there wasn't any, but she would go check in the far back to see if she could find some, and came back with a handful of sugar. She was going to put all of it in a bag with the creamers for me and I told her that I just neede 4 or 5 packets. My goodness!! By the time I got settled back into our vehicle, mask off, my food had cooled off and my coffee was warm!! I was very hungry and looking forward to a big breakfast. It was a skimpy breakfast in a big square container!! 1 scrambled egg, 4 thin slices/pieces of bacon, 5 or 6 $.50 sized pancakes that were also thin too boot!! The hashbrown patty that came in the container with the food, looked like the biggest thing in the container and everything but the pancakes were oily/greasy!! The extra hashbrown patty was also oily/greasy and you can see/feel it on the wrapper. I think that I was being pretty generous giving them 3 stars....we were disappointed with the food and the worker who brought...

What has happened? I rarely eat here, so I was shocked to see how far downhill it's gone. We recently dined in, and the entire experience was awful. To start, the manager got an attitude when she had to let me into the bathroom. That would be rude for anyone to do, but the manager...? Then, we ordered and went to get our drinks, and the ice machine didn't work. Our food took an exceptionally long time to come out for fast food (15-ish minutes), and then we realized they picked what type of fries for us instead of asking, and they came out cold and hard. Also, there were no napkins in the restaurant. When I asked if they had any, they handed me paper towels from their hand washing station. Everyone working looked miserable, and the cherry on top was two kids (teenagers) hanging out and being loud, vulgar, and obnoxious the entire time. Those kids were obviously connected to one of the employees, too, so they were there for longer than the entire 30 minutes we were there. The customer that came in after us was also annoyed with all the issues and called home to let her spouse know that she wouldn't order from there again, and neither will we. It was truly an atrocious experience.

Oh, also, when sharing this experience with someone else, they told me they recently went through the drive-thru, and they were told the restaurant was closed and would open in 30 minutes. This location says it's open 24 hours.

Im not usually the type of person to complain especially over a fast food place but here it goes: Sooo...how do i end up with extra of whatever i ask to get removed from whatever i order? For example when i ordered the spicy chicken with no cheese i ended up with 4 slices of cheese??? Thats simply madness work...When i asked for the classic wrap with no pickles i ended up getting a handful of pickles and a ridiculous amount of spicy sauce instead of just plain classic ranch... This has happened in multiple instances too...is someone in the kitchen like a mad person or something that possibly takes pride and joy in completely messing up people's orders on purpose? I believe this to be partly true especially after talking with a few coworkers they came to the same conclusion as i did about somone messing up orders on purpose...Lastly, i ordered a 10 piece combo not a 9 piece combo with fries...you guys owe my children a single nugget, a regular size fries, and an apology...

Apart from all the overdramatized parts it would be nice to get what i order/pay for in the future. I mean if it was one or two instances i'd let it pass but there's been an issue every time i've ordered anything from this specific jack in the box.
