Starbucks Coffee Company — Restaurant in Moses Lake

I stood in line for over 30 minutes and only one person had gotten their drink before me the whole 30 minutes I was there. There was only one worker making the drinks and the other worker was standing there complaining about how she was supposed to be off already but she had other things to do but didn’t care to help even though she saw that the girl making the drinks was struggling! I several people were upset and after being in line for a half an hour I left! It’s understandable that everywhere is short staffed but it is ridiculous for a worker to watch someone struggle and see that there is a line that is not moving and not care to help ! Awful. In one word! Besides being the wrong size of drink, the Ice coffee was made wrong and I was charged for the size we ordered, but was given the small Iced coffee.
