We chose this restaurant due to their rating on Google. When we pulled up I wasn't too sure that I wanted to go in because it looked kind of like nothing from the outside. We decided to give it a try anyway as the rating was good. 1st up used the restroom and it was clean and well stocked. We were seated in a booth that had etchings on the table, which were very nice, and comfortable cushions, so overall the seating arrangement was great. They have an extensive menu with many good sounding options. We each opted for a 2 choice combo meal. The great thing about their combos is that you are not locked into getting prechosen combos (which never have the combo I want), they have about 8 choices and you just choose whichever ones YOU want, it something someone hoped you would like! The customization doesn't stop there; you can also choose your sides! You are not locked into only rice and beans... Wow!, game changer for sure! So I got to have my 2 favs, a chile rellano and a chalupa with sides and for those I chose a salad and steamed veggies. So perfect! I have never been able to do this at any other Mexican restaurant. The food was delivered when it was hot and it was excellent. Our server was sweet, polite and hard working all with a pep in her step and a smile in her eyes. When were getting ready to leave, the manager came over asked is how everything was and invited us back for karaoke a different night. I told him I Ioved how they do the combos and he said that they like to offer variety and more health conscience choices. Visited my mom in Moses Lake recently, and we went here for dinner for the second time. The portions are huge, and the flavor is amazing! We were a party of 5, and the food arrived quickly with great service throughout our meal. I had the Carnitas fajitas, and it was delicious! The Carnitas was cooked perfectly along with the green peppers and onions. The plate of rice and beans, along with lettuce, sour cream, and guacamole, was as big as the hot plate of sizzling Carnitas! I couldn't eat it all and had to take food home. When we arrived, we were greeted by friendly happy people that made us want to come back again. We ordered the Cielo Mar y Tierra. The grilled steak and grilled chicken was well done and still tender and seasoned perfectly. The shrimp tasted fresh and rice and beans excellent . They had bottled modelo and tasty margaritas. Jessica our server was friendly and helpful. We had such a fun time talking with Jessica, we hated to leave.
