Psalms 23 Coffee — Restaurant in Moses Lake

Coming from California, I was craving a gooood matcha and I stumbled on this little gem. I didn’t have high expectations going in but as soon as I saw how they made the matcha, the way it should, expectations went up. As you can see in the photo, we went back MULTIPLE times because the matcha was so good! It was the perfect color and the fact I could actually taste the matcha and not just the pure/sweetness was just chefs kiss. It's an interesting place. The vibe is cold even though the theme is warm. It all hard edges in the walls and tables, big spaces without decoration, except the occasional proverb. Not a relaxing atmosphere. The coffee takes a while, I had a latte, as the do not make a cappuccino. Why? It took quite a while before it was ready, and it was good, in fact one of the smoothest coffee's I ever had, literally no bite, no bitterness, almost like caffeinated milk. All in all this...

I really enjoyed my visit today. This place is really cute and it has 2 separate additional rooms. One for hanging out and another for toddlers to play in. The place was clean and cute. I appreciated that there was a wheelchair ramp to the front door because I brought a stroller. I bought a mango smoothie and a raspberry cream pastry and really liked both!
