Super annoying though they take the phone of the hook on Saturday so you can’t order unless you go super inconvenient. “ we can’t keep up with the orders so we take it off “ Would recommend going just don’t understand why you wouldn’t staff more people on Saturday. On top of that it is coronavirus too. I’m pretty sure phone call is only wat some people can order these days and to not offer it is just right

EDITED - Due to being ripped off by their “lunch” menu. This must be a joke menu and nobody told me, because $13 for a bagel with the chewiest grey meat and the smallest amount of veggies I’ve ever seen can only be a joke. $13 for a steak and cheese anywhere else will get you a loaded sub with plenty of veggies and the meat won’t be grey inside and sometimes even some fries.. This pissed me off to no end and at this point I don’t think I’ll be returning even for breakfast even working a few seconds down the road.

Very negative customer experience twice with one employee. Went in a couple weeks ago for cinnamon sugar bagel, got serious attitude instead. Knowing better this time, we called our order in early, a little before 8am. Got there by 9am and she had already thrown our order out! They had sold out by then, and we didn't even get an apology.
