So I pulled into the drive through yesterday afternoon and a gentleman with a beard came to the window. I said “ I would like a large black coffee”. “ He said you will have to pull around to the other window on the other side of the building.” Mind you I was the only customer in the parking lot. I was perplexed because I was literally the only customer, and I said why “he said that’s the coffee line window” . So I said “so you mean to tell me I have to pull around the building to the other window to get a cup of coffee”. He said “yes”. I said never mind I don’t want a cup of coffee. I have never seen a more lazy barista with a bad attitude than this guy. He literally could have walked 10 feet to ring me up if it was a register issue which was not stated. I have to say the young boys working today 5/7/2025. Did not know or understand English ( they was white ) we ordered and was made to pull around ok so then it was over 25 minutes waiting for our drinks, so when it was out turn there was laughing and cutting up, not working so after about 10 more minutes our drinks finally came out and they was wrong they tried to give me some iced coffee told the young boys and they said it was rung up wrong they said our drinks will be out shortly then they came with one drink ordered 2, and then to find out they wasn’t even what was ordered. Then wanted to argue with me and I showed him the receipt and he was like oh. After 35 minutes or longer in line we finally got our drinks. WILL NOT RETURN, I will drive across town to Ellianos. Ordered three hot lattes. The girl at the window was nervous and unsure of herself. Lots of giggling, very unprofessional. We pulled around to the other window to get our drinks and before we got out of the parking lot we noticed that one of our drinks didn't have the milk steamed at all. Required us to turn around and get a replacement drink. Again, Very unprofessional service at the window giggling making excuses for why this happened stating that they were so busy but there was only one car ahead of us both times. UPDATE: NO consistancy to drinks or pricing at this location. More than once I've had to return a hot drink because it was served cold, not just tepid, but the milk wasn't steamed.
