I took my mom to get a lift chair. The salesman was Tangela. She was amazing and very helpful. My Mom passed away on Aug. 11,2025. I called to let them know and Ms. McGee ask me why hadn’t I already called and let them know. First of all I lost my Mom and I couldn’t talk to anyone. She proceeded to tell me I needed to bring a death certificate that day. I told her I couldn’t that day but I would have it there the next morning. I take it and I did not get her name. She wasn’t nice at all. She ask if my mom had life insurance and I told she did and it wasn’t enough to bury her. My husband and I and my 2 daughters pulled together to get the rest paid. Again she wasn’t nice at all. She also told me someone would come out to look at the furniture to see if they were gonna repossess it or not and someone would be come out that week. We had taken the lift chair out because I couldn’t look at an empty chair. The only place I had to put it was at my daughters in Cairo. We went and got, brought it back home and haven’t heard or seen anything of them. Keep in mind we do a lot of business there. My husband just paid his account off. He had a large account. Myself nor any of my family will ever do business with y’all again. This could have been handled so differently and a whole lot nicer. Losing my mom was very hard and still is. After spending more than 1.45 hour choosing the right furniture for my house, having spoken with the saleswoman and the manager, the prices that they gave me in the office were not the same as for the apartment that had the furniture advertised and after I made up my mind and They had offered me a discount that is announced with the date and time, they tell me that the whole store will have the discount except the furniture I wanted and there was not sale or special price on it, they gave me reasons that made no sense and I had to leave the store without the furniture and I lost everything my time that I could have used to go somewhere else. They do not know their products or the offers they offer, all a lack of respect and professionalism. Completely disappointed, I never thought to go through an experience like this. And all this in the presence of other employees...

The stars are not for the store nor the products they sell. ONLY for the salesman and how absolutely awesome he was. Made us feel like we were old pals. But as far as the French door fridge we bought from them? Not even a month later and we can’t get ANYTHING out of our freezer. It is literally a solid block from top to bottom. For two days we have picked and hacked away at the ice to get it off. Can’t turn it off and let it defrost because all of our game meat and produce I use through out the year is IN THE BLOCK OF ICE!!!! We have warranty. But no they just want someone to put parts on it and run out of warranty so they don’t have to give us a different one. Will never come here for...
