KFC — Restaurant in Moultrie

Not sure who the blonde middle aged lady is but, she ruined a family outing this past Saturday. Lady at the register we could tell was very new (understandable, everyone’s been there) Food started coming out and 5 out of 6 meals was wrong. Again it was rung up wrong we wasn’t in a hurry didn’t mind just wanted our food we ordered. Gentlemen who served us the first tray started to get very rude when my mother told him this isnt what we ordered. Took it all back and come out with it correctly. Second tray come out, sides were wrong. Then this is when the blonde lady come up. Once again told her it was wrong, you could tell she was saying things under her breath. Come back with it correctly. Third tray come out with one meal and I had asked for no gravy on my mashed potato bowl. There was gravy. Told the young lady she gave it to the blonde and she roughly made me another. I asked for hot sauce she threw it on my tray. I took it to the table. My husband was the last to order and before I sat down. There once again just talking to each other not making anything else and my husband still doesn’t have his meal. So I stand there at the counter waiting for her to acknowledge me, she asked what do I need. I said we’re still missing a meal. 3pc tenders w/ Mac n cheese. She asked for my receipt I hand it to her she looks it over ( it was rung up RIGHT) hands it back to me goes to make it puts it on a tray and hands it to me with fries as the side. I said no ma’am Mac n cheese. She grabs the fries throws it in the trash and gives me Mac n cheese. All I got to say is if she’s the one running the Moultrie location she needs to be evaluated my corporate. I know everyone has bad days but we were patient. No need to act the way she did. She’s ruined KFC for me and my family. I was shaking I was so mad after that. Will not be back until I see new...

I arrived at 7:45 ordered a 12 piece X crispy family meal that includes: 6 biscuits & 3 sides (2 Mac & cheese, 1 mashed potato). I paid $38 and some ¢; I was told it would be a 15 minute wait. I was directed to a parking spot. I waited 20 mins when the girl who took my order came out asking for my receipt and saying it would be another “13mins” I asked if I could go to the dollar store and come back she said yes. She was taking my receipt when I said “shouldn’t I keep my receipt, I don’t want to come back and have problems bc I don’t have my receipt” the girl said it was fine because she knew which car I was in. I left & came back before time was up and parked in my same spot & continued to wait. At 8:40 a girl brings food to my car and apologizes for the wait. I said it was okay, but I checked the order. The order & receipt was not mine. It was for a grey car 2 cars down( 10 piece:4 biscuits: 1mashed potato: 1 Mac& cheese:1 coleslaw)I get back in line a say my order is wrong & the receipt had the name & color of the other vehicle. I get back to the window and the girl wanted to argue that it was the x crispy order. They were taking back the food and at that point I waited an hour and asked if I was going to have to wait again. They asked what was missing. I said well if it’s a 10 piece than 2 pieces of chicken and 2 biscuits since there was only 4. They give me 2 extra biscuits & I THOUGHT 2 pieces of chicken. When they handed me back the food I said “ I hope you guys have a better night.” Not a smile, not a thank you, but that’s okay because I don’t ever regret being nice. I come home and there was only 9 pieces of chicken. I’m disappointed but every time I come here there’s a problem with my order so I didn’t...

We eat at KFC here in Moultrie on a regular basis and we have noticed that anytime after 8:00 at night when we come through there they have no white meat and no original recipe Tonight was the worst night of the mall we come through there and not only did they not have any white meat they sold us white meat and then gave us a box with dark meat in it and it wasn't no original they said there was out of original so it was all crispy and then most of it was half raw I advised not to eat there if at any means possible and the other management needs to be aware and alerted of the poor management going on in the Moultrie Georgia KFC thank you for reading my honest review and I look forward to giving more reviews...
