White Castle — Restaurant in Mount Healthy

This is the place. Right here ! Uh huh! Baby Boomers, we remember when the price was right and the taste was out of sight! Dad, mom and kids are all excited to taste the hot moisture gravy from the hamburgers and the sauteed onions and crispy pickles. Well, guess what , let the staff from this site take you back to that good feeling of your childhood. We have grown up and the times have changed but this White Castle site worked hard to keep the tradition. The workers are mature and respectful. The Castle lobby and bathroom is clean and their work station appears to be clean and sanitary . They have a walk out cashier. It gives you a feeling of a waiter serving your table. Neat. Huh! Update: I have not been there in almost forever, my visit today was a 160 turn around, food was hot and the way I ordered it, service was awesome, the young man at the drive thru was really doing a great job even with the car in front changing their order but acting like it was his fault. He stayed very respectful. Probably one of the worst, no since of urgency what so ever...2 folks working on a saturday night, said they were not doing anything other than the grill, no fried food. Sure no problem 27 minutes after we paid to get 8 cheeseburgers, one went and took the trash out and stay out in the cage area on his phone, while the other one would not come any where near the window so we could just get our money back....

As soon as we walked in on Valentine's Day, we were hit with a fully decorated dining room and were greeted by J, our awesome server for the night. She took the time to explain how to order, offered us beverages and appetizers, then let us enjoy. J took pictures and checked on us frequently (in a good way!) and made sure we had drinks and that our food was good. J explained how she came to Cincy via Chicago to elevate the VD festivities.
