I've been here several (6 or 7) times. Each time I've been disappointed. The lady who has always been there (I'm assuming she's the owner?) has never been friendly. Compared to other Subways, she doesn't place much ingredients in your food at all. The one or two times that there was another worker present, I was surprised at how incapable they were at simply making a sub...? For example: couldn't handle me saying more than two ingredients at a time without having to ask me to repeat myself, Worked very slowly, Put on the Wrong ingredients, Didn't know how to close the sub without most of the food tumbling out, Would've forgotten to cut the sub in half except the lady in charge (owner?) reminded them. ~ I'd give them grace, perhaps it was their first day. Although it has happened Twice that an employee didn't know how to properly do the things requested. And it happens every time that they put on minimal amount of ingredients compared to other Subways. They also do Not accept coupons. They do accept gift cards though. An older man working, I assume management so he should know better but ignoring customers that are in your store to work on mobile orders does not make sense. After a 15 minute wait he told me that he needed to work on a mobile order before taking my order. He was the only one working and said that they were short staffed. I told him during dinner time (this was 5:15 to 5:35pm) if only one person is working than it would only make logical sense to turn off the mobile orders. 3 customers, myself included, left without ordering because a mobile order took precedence over in store customers. Read moreI usually place my order on the app but decided to go in and order this time. I get the same turkey sub every time but this time it was around $15. Usually it’s around $10. When I questioned it they said if I order inside they have to charge me for the most expensive turkey sub but if I order on the app it’ll be the same price as I’ve always paid. This doesn’t make much sense to me. If you don’t want to overpay, use the app. Or do your self a favor and go to another Subway like I will from now on.
