By far the worst experience I ever had. There were 4 girls including the manager and all of them were on their phones. It took like 20mins to order with no one in front of me. Then I went to order and was being polite by saying āHi, how are you?ā. The girl just smirks and asks what I want. Like, okayy??? Then I asked for a shaken iced espresso with sweet cream cold foam. The girl seemed confused but I kindly repeated myself. I went to get my drink and found out she rang up a vanilla cold brew. I asked for the correct drink. The girl making drinks puts the incorrect drink to the side and then makes everyone elseās drinks. I waited 30mins for her to start working on my drink just for her to give me an apple macchiato. Beyond annoyed with the situation and by far the worst Starbucks experience...

I asked for Coffee Cake Swirl, they didn't have it. Asked for Banana Nut Bread , tey didn't have it either. They only had Pumpkin Bread which I hate but had to take t this time.
That's not over yet. I ordered for a Grande White Chocolate Mocha. Got it and doesn't even taste like white choc mocha. Looked like they didn't even put white chocolate syrup. I asked the barista this doesn't taste like white mocha. I got a sarcastic answer, "What does it taste like, Coffee???" I got so issued off. But stayed calm, they added the syrup and gave it to me.

I went through the entire review list of negative comments and complaints people have raised questions about - you donāt seem to respond in any of them !
To Starbucks franchise owner - I tried reaching out via email to the District manager of this store ! No response recievd so far!!!!
They donāt want to serve or treat good itās better if you shut this store down for good ! Iām sure a lot of people who are reading this will...
