Since the last 4-5 orders from Crust N Fire, they have dramatically fallen down the list in terms of favorite restaurants in the area. I’m not sure if they’ve ordered new products or changed the quality of the food, but I did not like the last few items I’ve ordered. There’s one reoccurring issue that bugs me out every time, and it centers around a very simple ingredient… blue cheese. I’ve ordered a blue cheese bacon burger from Crust N Fire a number of times and they’ve only gotten it right once. Either there’s no blue cheese on the burger, or they’ve placed provolone cheese over the blue cheese which should be a punishable crime in itself.
Well, this most recent trip to Crust N Fire was the deciding factor in pulling the plug on them. I ordered a bacon blue cheese burger and made sure to put emphasis on ‘extra’ blue cheese. I brought my order back home and there was no blue cheese on the burger, only provolone. It was in that moment that I lost all faith in this restaurant. I was already on the verge of never going back here but this was the last straw. Crust N Fire used to be one of my favorite restaurants in the area some time ago. I’m not sure what happened but it’s just not the same anymore. Maybe I’ll revisit in a year or two to see if they improved, but for now, they’re officially on the banned list.
(Side Note: I used to really like their wings. Now, although the wings are pretty pricey, they have some great sauces to choose from and the wings were really good quality. The wings were on the smaller side but there was absolutely no fat on them. They were excellent. One day I ordered the same wings that I usually get and found that they had changed brands. The once phenomenal wings were now massive, fatty, and chewy. I had to stop ordering them, especially because of the price which did not go down despite being downgraded in quality. Just another reason for me to stay away from this restaurant. Anyways, I really hope they improve in the near future. Hopefully you’ll have a better experience than I did if you do decide to eat here)
(Second Side Note: One last thing. Crust N Fire made these healthy protein-type shakes that were amazing. I would get the oat based shake every time I ordered from them, but at some point in the recent past, they completely got rid of all the...
Read moreThe staff at this restaurant is very disrespectful. They need to know that as a customer I can choose to spend my money anywhere and that a very big part of there business strongly depends on recommendation from repetitive customers so it's highly important as an establishment to treat each customer with respect . today I had a very bad experience with a staff member at this restaurant I have had many deliveries to my address before . So I call to place a order for a delivery as I have done so many times in the past I was told that my address is not in their deliveries zoom so I promptly asked if it is a new policy that is set in place because I have had delivery from their establishment before to my address the staff I dealt with was very rude gave me know explanation then promptly hung the phone up in my ears.. now I know that I am only one customer and that losing my business probably does very little to them but sometimes all it takes is One bad Apple to spoil the whole bunch.. so if it's a lesson in proper business etiquette that there are locking maybe the owner of this establishment need to load up their workers drive to a Chick-fil-A and listen to how the staff members their deal with customers. Because it is these very same customer that you promptly Hung your phone up on they are the reason you carry home a paycheck .. so Crust N Fire 🔥 .. as a repeating customer I am very...
Read moreWe came in at 9:38 PM, fully understanding that the restaurant closes at 10. However, we were told the only thing available from the entire menu was pizza. Not even fries could be made, which was really disappointing.
On top of that, the lady at the register made it very clear with her expressions that she wasn’t happy we came in late, which made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. If the place is open until 10, the menu should still be available until then—or at least the staff should handle it in a friendlier way.
Update: you pay upfront and it’s normal to leave a tip even tho you aren’t treated good.
Yes, we placed an order for pizza because you can’t order anything else.
I’m a bit confused about you saying my family enjoyed the time…we placed an order at 9.40pm. We couldn’t even sit…because you were so ready to close. If you check your cameras, check the attitude of the girl who stood up by the register…even little kids noticed that attitude.
My whole point of the review was just to prepare future customers about your company. The whole menu should be available...
