My first experience last week was good but this time around one of my dishes was missing through UberEats and if course UberEats doesn't take responsibility smh. I kept trying to contact the driver and she didn't pick up her phone then I messaged UberEats and told them that they put the sweet and sour sauce in my bag but not the shrimp. I then called the restaurant and they supposedly took my phone number and told me the manager would call me and no one called smh. This just shows that they must get alot of calls about issues with their orders so they ignore it. I even put a note on the order and said take your time, do not rush because alot of times they send the drivers too early and yet still something was missing. She would even greet most of the customers by name . This new manager lacks customer service skills. Over the past month I have experienced being double charged on my debit card for a large order, waiting at the counter for over 10 minutes deliberately so lunch specials could not be ordered. Last week, my husband submitted an order and when it was picked up they had prepared the wrong food and wanted him to pay an additional $12 to correct it.
