This would be an excellent place to eat were it NOT for the Awful / inept service. After yesterday, I will NEVER return. A To go Order was placed and much higher than expected (The girl at the register indicated that drinks were included with the price of the meal, to my Son) i was doing business in my phine in the wait area. The total was 32.36 and obv it declined bc my acct had 32.11. As I'm trying to transfer .25 The girl at the register got all button happy and apparently selected YES/continue when the register prompted only 32.11 was avail. I watched in real time in my banks app as the 32.11 was charged to my account. no problem, it did go thru for what I had so let me give you a quarter and we are straight. She looked at me dumbfounded and started pushing buttons AGAIN! Ive worked at 2 banks and have more than 25years exp with POS machines, i implored her to get a mgr. (KNOWING she was about to lock up my funds with canceling the transaction,, I tried to stop her. She kept pushing buttons and then finally went after someone else. I DONT KNOW who the 2nd lady was but she's a LIAR. she looked me in my eye and tried to tell me they ran the card only Once And they wouldn't have been able to change the total, even if she wanted. Smh. I showed her My bank charges stated diff and was still pending. She continued to argue with me, "There was never a charge to your card for 32.11. We attempted just once and it was declined for a different amount." In the end, I had NO FOOD and Then A ZERO balance on my card!!! Had the girl shown any accountability or been apologetic, I'd have been upset but NOT MAD. Had the 2nd lady even been the slightest bit trained in CUSTOMER SERVICE, I certainly would not have walked out, calling her a "B* " but NONE of that happened. I cant be sure if the girl cxled u It amd lied or if the 2nd lady did so, in a foolish attemot to "BE RIGHT" in the heating up argument. I do know she never even attempted to look into the register tape. She was more concerned with the now staring customers who were actually seated or waiting behind me. she would've SEEN where the girl did in fact elect to charge the lesser amt of 32.11. ... I immediately left and contacted the bank KNOWING until Buddy's closes out the batch on their CC machine, the Hold will not be released. It should've dropped off overnight but ( Business has been extremely slow lately, I KNOW WHY!!!) Perhaps in attemot to save a few bucks, they don't batch out daily. Whatever the case, **MY 32.11 is still in limbo, They've lost at least 3 regular customers and I WOULDNT RECOMMEND THEM as this was not the only case of terrible service but it was THE LAST!!! ! For the record- I HAVE THE RECIEPTS of ALL three transactions, complete with time & date stamped from my bank-- In case they decide to reply, calling me a liar again or implying Idk how this works... I will attach, if needed. In all the time I've used Google, I've left only 1 other negative review and that place almost killed me and my fiance with negligence. I understand the service industry and allow for a lot of disappointments bc life happens but THIS was so much more than Food. Read moreDo Not Eat Here. I did a 5 star review but I have to change it. After tonight I will not be back at this restaurant. We placed our order and waited. And waited. And waited. Five families came in after us and received their food before we did. After waiting forever and finally asking a person about our order-not our waitress who was waiting on everyone else while ignoring us- we were informed that the kitchen lost our ticket and our order is finally being fixed. Food was quickly delivered to the table. Michelle told us that the kitchen messed up and we could have dessert on the house. Our new waitress (guess the other one was scared of me) was attentive. We finished our meal and ordered our desserts. After waiting for over 15 minutes on the desserts...another waitress asked us what we needed. My reply was-the check-please. Michelle then told her our dessert was on the house. I stated that we had been waiting another 15 minutes (banana pudding doesn't take 15 minutes) for dessert that I just wanted to pay and leave. Michelle then states that they are having organizational issues this evening. Really....REALLY??? NO OTHER PATRONS WERE HAVING ISSUES GETTING THEIR FOOD AND DESSERTS. Michelle gave me 20% off the bill and said I could take the desserts to go but after being there and their organizational issues...I declined. Everyone else us the restaurant was getting orders and not waiting forever...I guess it depends on who you know or if you're friends with the staff. Maybe that's how you get good service without organizational issues. Awful excuse for poor service...and 20% off...should have been closer 50% off after all that mess. DO...

My most recent incident - that has led me to leave this review - involved ordering a simple side of cheese fries with my BLT. The sandwich came out with sliced cheese, and the “cheese fries” were also just sliced cheese melted like glue to the top. I ask if they can be remade with shredded cheese, and our waitress (who was incredible and was in no way at fault, seriously, she was incredibly sweet) took everything back to be remade.
The manager proceeds to bring the food back out….but the fries weren’t remade. They just added shredded cheese to the top of what was sent back, melted that under the heat lamps, and sent back to my table. Talk about unappealing… I wonder if they would have done the same to my sandwich had I not cut it in half prior to finding the cheese?
I didn’t have the heart to send it back again, especially if the manager saw that “remake” and didn’t see an issue with it and even brought it out to the table herself; I wasn’t about to argue the point, it seemed it had already fallen on deaf ears.
