I've had a handful of positive experiences with delivery at this location, which I tried purely because there's no other pizza place that will deliver to my new neighborhood yet. Wasn't my favorite pizza by any means, but didn't have issues until recently. I placed an online order through the Marco's app for a future delivery for 715pm and specified contact-free delivery, asking that it be left at my door. At 645pm I received notification that my order had been delivered, though it hadn't. I gave it until 730 before I called the store about not having received my food and was told that the driver tried calling me twice (no missed calls on my phone) and that he brought the order back to the store. For a resolution I was told "I can have your food brought back out to you if you're going to be there, but that's all I can do for you unless you just want a refund." I chose the refund and was told that they don't charge cards until the end of each shift and that mine would not be charged. Checked my bank app the next morning to see that I WAS charged. Called the store and spoke with Patrick, who said he was the manager on duty, and he said he went in and refunded my card himself, but that it would take 3-5 business days. Patrick was helpful and polite - much more so than the kid I spoke to last night.
I'm eager for more pizza places to open near my new neighborhood that can deliver to me. Until then, I suppose I'll have to resort to carryout from other locations because I don't see myself ordering Marco's again...

I ordered a calzone and had it delivered with Uber eats. The order was not correct and as you can see with the picture there was no filing and I requested no garlic and it was covered in garlic so I called the manager on duty to express my concerns. He told me sorry but since you ordered with Uber eats there is nothing he can do. He agreed the company policy was not right but I was out of luck. I explained that the issue is the quality of product and not delivery and that I just wanted a good product that I paid for. He refused to give me his name when asked for it and hung up on me. I attempted to file a report online with the feedback but it only allows me to place an order and not provide the feedback. I will not be back if this is the way customers...

When I arrived, there were 15 people sitting and waiting like it was the gate and we were ready to board a plan. There was no one at the front counter and they ignored the customers. After 40 minutes, they told me I had 10 minutes more to wait so I decided to stay as many were getting their refunds out of disgust. After waiting an additional 20 minutes, the employee said it would take 20 minutes more. I had to cancel as my family was starving and it was over an hour delay at this point. THANKS FOR RUINING OUR FRIDAY NIGHT MARCO'S!
