Hardee’s — Restaurant in Mount Sterling

I love their Ham & cheese sandwiches there's not too many places left that serves them so I go there often. Tonight I went to thru the drive thru and the young girl didn't say one word to me after giving me the price at the speaker. I got cold fries and slightly warm sandwich,which should be hot. I mean "hot" is in the name of the sandwich! The lot and the restaurant was empty besides the employees sitting in the dining room looking at their phones. I would choose other places to eat if you want someone interested in serving you and happy they got a job. Sad what this generation thinks about service and doing right by your employer. Eaten here several times, and the food just isn't very good. (I know it's my fault for returning, but I wanted to see if there was a change)My son had a kids' meal, and the bun was burnt. Why must you mess up something that was good. I’ve been getting biscuits at this location for the last 2 years and right around the time you started serving breakfast til 12 it went downhill. Go back to regular time if you can’t serve fresh biscuits. Whatever machine you put in to keep them fresh, well it aint working. I surely can’t be the only one who has noticed the change.
