Where is Corporate?? Why haven’t you all shut this place down?? Did my first ever online portal order last night so I wouldn’t have to wait around, even gave an extra 10 mins before going to pick up my order! Walked in to at least 20 ppl standing in the small store just standing there infuriated! Not one pizza in the portal to pick up, not one pizza in the “hot & ready warmer” and not one employee who knew what was going on! My kids sat in the car for 30 EXTRA minutes while I waited! The first 10 mins I stood there waiting on the employees after they went around the room asking ppl what they ordered!!!??? Just totally clueless! Long story short, yes..I got my food and yes it was hot because they were cooking pizzas left and right, but the waiting time..the experience..the lack of gloves..no hair nets..like it was just not a clean looking, well established place!! Read moreJust an overall frustrating experience. Placed an order online for standard items. Get there ahead of my order time and told it wasn't ready yet. No issues at this point. However, I sit there and continue to wait on my order as 15-20 different customers walk in, place orders for the same food on my order, get their order immediately and proceed to walk out. I don't understand how that many people can come in after my order was placed, paid for, and I show up for the same items on my order but they can immediately get their food and walk out. These were not people that ordered ahead, these were walk in customers. Then, after all of this, I see my order finished and it just sits on a counter for several minutes. The cashier finally goes to check it and I ask if it was my order while they know I have been waiting. They don't respond and put my food in the portal thing. About a minute later I get a notification on my phone that my order is ready and have to get it out of the portal instead of them just handing it to me. Most frustrating...
Read moreKudos to the staff located in Mount Sterling, KY on Indian mound Rd. I made a purchase through the Pizza portal app and when I arrived my order was not ready. I was in a rush so instead of waiting I bought something else and left. Staff member told me I could e-mail/call the pizza portal site for refund of online order. Doing so was difficult, I sent 2-3 emails with no reply back and no phone number to call. I brought this to the attention of the management of this store and was expecting a full refund or the order to be fulfilled. They did better than that. They gave me a full refund of online order and a free order for the moment I was there, with hungry kids. :) They handle my problem well and were very professional about the issue and encouraged me to bring it to their attention if it happened again.
