I had first made my visit to AT&T with the intentions of switching carriers. entirely paid off the phone and talked to a representative (Jeffery Douglas) his exact words when I said I wanted to switch to a new company and how I do go about unlocking my phone was “just don’t pay the bill and it’ll fall off” I had been an AT&T customer for a little over 2 years. Never in my life have I seen worse customer service. After AT&Ts representatives advise did not work I made a second visit. Same representative that told me what to do was short and rude and walked away as much as possible taking absolutely no accountability. I have absolutely no idea how he is a manager. On the other hand there was an another representative named Leah. She was the absolute best representative I have seen and she did absolutely everything she could to help me all while the knowing it was not her mess, she still helped....

Was told nothing about the arduous process of providing three months of bills per line, was not given a link to even submit the documents, went back twice and still never received the link to submit the documents for their promotion. Finally I went to a different ATT branch out of state and they sent me the link in a few minutes to start the contract buyout process. In the mean time my Verizon account went 1800 dollar collections and I was no longer able to supply the documents they required. I had to wait several days on snail mail and by then I was disqualified since I was no longer in the window of time to submit to att reward center. Also, according to employees, they have to meet targets or they don't get a certain pay or get placed on performance plans.
