Service and staff were great. Food was top notch. However I regret to only give 2 stars because the clientele. I had issues with 2 tables ( 1st a group of eight women playing uno during the dinner rush just drink the 1/2 price margaritas and we're very loud and held up diners). The second was 1 young woman pictured in the KC hat. She was super loud with a shrill voice. Given her putting hot sauce on everything thing she eat and her lack of being able to shut up for more than 15 seconds lead me to believe she was high on cocaine. The photos of the alley and across the street are for reference of where I could still here her voice. While her friends should have given her some insight on manners/etiquette, it is the restaurants responsibility to ensure a pleasurable experience for all. Talking to my Uber drivers who have eaten at other locations the brand is great it's just the self important wannabe "southern women"...

My sister and I attended on a busy Friday night. No waiters waiting on you. Have to order & pay at the counter and they bring your food to your table. But if you want to order any additional items, you have to wait in line again. Place was packed and loud. Small and kinda cramped on the inside. But Sister bragged about the skinny margaritas and we purchased a pitcher. But it was the absolutely worse margarita I have ever tasted! The skinny part does not mean the brand "Skinny" tequila. It means they add Splenda to the margarita. Nasty! Very sour aftertaste! Sister sd the margaritas are usually better than that! To give them credit (Chris, cutie), did re-make the pitcher. But it also was nasty to me. Chips fantastic! Light and airy. Good guacamole...

The food is good and this franchise is busy, so I completely understand certain delays and such, however, service should not be as unapologetically inattentive and frustrating for a customer as it was last night. I waited in sight of the counter for 40 plus minutes. I was so hungry, so very very hungry. I politely asked the staff if my food had been prepared yet. They turned around, looking for several minutes and grabbed a sack of food sitting for 10 minutes? 20? 30? and handed it to me. All they said was "couldn't find you." Yes, this a busy place, but it's small and I was holding my red block up like Rafiki holding up baby Simba on Pride Rock.
