Arby's — Restaurant in Mountain Home

I normally don't review fast food restaurants unless I'm disappointed but today, I ordered some Arby's food over door dash. Best experience ever. Their door dash page was a little confusing but that's no biggie, I forgot an item and I didn't realize it till I saw my receipt. So being the way I am, I'm not gonna get Arby's without curly fries right? So I called up there, card in hand, ready to pay for some to just throw in the bag. Turns out you have to pay the door dash site again cuzz it's delivery. Makes since, kinda dumb but I get it. So she asked what I wanted to add and since it was simple, easy, she just said she'd throw it in there with everything and not to worry about it (not trying to get said person in trouble for ANYTHING) but I really appreciate the costumer service. I Eat here once a week at least and spend around $30 everytime anyways. I was just really happy to see that someone actually cared enough. This was very nice and a five star thing to do. We ordered a Smokehouse Brisket meal and a French Dip and Swiss meal. When we got home, the food was already cold. We only live about ten minutes from the restaurant. The fries are definitely old, and the Au Jus sauce was cold. The Smokehouse Brisket did not have as much meat as we had assumed it would have, nor as many onion rings. This is the first time we ordered the Smokehouse Brisket, and it definitely did not live up to our expectations. The French Dip and Swiss did not have as much meat as we usually get either. When we called about the food, we were told that that is just how it is. The manager was very rude and did not want to discuss the situation. He hung up on us after he told us that's just how the food is. We will definitely not be ordering over the app, nor using this restaurant again.
