I generally like Burger King. Not my favorite fast food burger chain, but certainly the best Mountain Home has to offer. This location though, really needs new management. The staff itself is great. Everyone whom I've talked to there is very friendly, attentive, and apologetic. Why 'apologetic'?, you may ask. Because every other time I've been there, they're out of something.
Six months ago, stopped in and was told they were out of chicken, most soda options, tea, and milkshakes. After requesting and being told they were out of several menu items, I finally had to ask; 'What do you have available?' A few months later, stopped in, and was again told they were out of chicken and tea. During a more recant visit they had chicken, and were stocked on their drink options, but were out of Whopper patties. How do you run out of the key ingredient for your flagship menu item? Was then told I could get a kids burger. Really? Really? Look,I applaud the staff for trying to offer alternatives, but a kids burger, when I just requested a double Whopper. Not going to cut it. I am thankful they didn't try to insult me by offering me one of the fake tufu burgers. Last visit I ordered a milkshake and made it all the way to the 2nd window before they told me their milkshake machine was down. Ask if I wanted to substitute it with a soft drink, or some other beverage option. No offer to just refund my money for the milkshake. Even suggested I come back the following day to claim my milkshake. I'm not driving a half-hour to claim the rest of my dinner order a day later.
I've been to Burger King from cost to coast and this is the only one I have ever been to that has been out of its staple menu items. Seriously; how do you allow your store to even get low on Whopper patties? I'm assuming this is an individually owned franchise, otherwise, corporate really needs to pay this location a visit, and bring in a new manager who knows how to keep track of, and order stock. Running out of Whopper patties is just embarrassing. I just feel bad for the staff members who have to hand out apologies,...

Read moreYou could tell the french fries had been left under the warmer too long. the ends of the french fries were hard the center was edible The burger was lukewarm the bun had not been warmed at all and overall it was an unpleasant experience even the cheese ( I had ordered a cheeseburger) was not warm nor melted I placed the order to go by the time I realized I've gotten lukewarm food, a cold bun, french fries left under the warmer for too long, I'm already halfway home
