Very disappointed with their service. We live out of town 2 hours away and we have placed two large special orders at different times, and both times Laura ordered incorrect items. I even called prior to arrival to confirm with the manager that everything was there. My husband picked them up both times and now we are stuck with large quantities of food we do not want because I'm not sending him on another 4-hour round trip to return them. When questioned about it, Laura stated that I told her I wanted things that I clearly do not. I will say I didn't appreciate her overall attitude just when speaking on the phone.

There was also a dry salad incident, wherein I picked up a salad to go, from the TO GO area, and upon realizing there was not any dressing in it went back in and they wanted to charge me to open up a bottle of dressing. I told them to keep the dressing and I would just eat the salad when I got home....

I can’t love this store more than I already do. Just about anytime I go in they have what I’m looking for (if not I can usually find at the other health food store). My small children also love this store. They have many great things to buy just about anything you could think of. Produce,meats,goods, vitamins and more they’re all quality. If I had a complaint of anything it would be prices. Not so much against the store as it is just the price to stay healthy. Sadly it’s high enough that it makes it unaffordable for families in a budget. Again this is not against the store. The store and staff are amazing. Zack, who wasn't even on duty showed me the meat section where I bought two pigs bacon. Then I asked him if he'd show me a good pain med for rheumatoid arthritis in my husband from the neck down in every joint. He took me straight to it. Cumarin I believe with tumeric in it. He asked the top girl to make sure and she agreed. I bought it to see if it helps in ten days. Then, if not we'll try something else. Everyone is always pleasant and helpful. Especially Zack. He knows all about anything in the store like he's studied it all. I really enjoy shopping there. I finally took the time to fill out the rewards card. Thank you so much.
