We have been to this location many times only because it’s the closest to us and that’s an hour and a half away. I used to love Chili’s but now it is my last choice. This location use to be so much better but NOT good at all now. First with the parking lot looking empty we thought we would get right in long after lunch crowd, nope, a twenty-five minute wait! This is the second time that has happened and both times had to sit in the bar area just to get seated. Second, ordered a simple tea with flavor, got tea no flavor. Then the waitress corrected it and still it had no taste of flavor. I used my coupon for a free appetizer and we ordered a big entree for my husband and I got the 3 for $10.00. My drink, my soup, and my entree of Cajun chicken pasta. We got our appetizer fairly on time but not many there so should have been quicker. The soup tasted burnt but I was starving so I ate some of it. Then we waited and waited and waited for our food. The waitress said yours is coming up then proceeded to serve a table that came in way later than us and they got two huge meals. Several minutes later we finally got ours. A kitchen hand brought ours out with a long ponytail not netted and it went into my husbands guacamole. Huge NO NO! They sit mine on the table and right away they could tell I was disappointed. They asked was there something wrong, I replied immediately and said it’s all dried out - and- no sauce on the pasta. I politely told them to take it back I did not plan on eating it. I know mine had to be sitting there for a long time for it to look that way. They did offer to fix me something else but I know better than that. The manager offered to fix me something else again I don’t do that. I just politely said no. The waitress continued to apologize so much it got annoying. I figured with as much trouble as we had they would just take my whole $10.00 meal off. When we got our ticket they charged for my tea approx $2.25 and soup $4.95. So does that mean the Pasta was $2.80???? They showed the credit for the appetizer. When I asked about taking mine completely off she said the manager gave us the appetizer and was going to take the soup off. I told her my coupon took care of the appetizer she said I could just use it later I told her it expires tomorrow and I wasn’t coming back tomorrow. All in all only thing we should have paid for was my husbands meal. Our ticket was over $30.00 just for him. I did get some of the appetizer and some of the soup but for everything that went wrong I feel we shouldn’t have had to pay at all. We will not be going back! It will be worth the extra time driving to eat in Little Rock! No stars earned based on the last two visits.Had to give one...
Read moreI called at 5pm and requested a table for our 9 person bachelorette party was told my table would be ready upon arrival at 6pm we asked our hostess several times when we would get a table she was rude and kept rolling her eyes at us. Once seated at 7:15 pm our server was instantly rude telling us to calm down while we were trying to tell him our drinks and appetizers. We kept waiting for our drinks and apps to be served we tried getting our servers attention several times when we realized people that were seated after us were being served their apps and drinks he kept saying hold on, sticking his finger up at us saying I will be right with you. We waited until 8pm when we pulled the server WE REQUESTED aside and asked if she could take over and get us drinks and appetizers. Once she took over our drinks were served in under a minute and apps served in under 10 minutes. Some of us order alcoholic beverages and those of us that ordered titos punch got sick after a couple of sips we didnt pay any attention to it until we seen a facebook post about us where the bartender Angela Lockman made a comment that saod "I hope the drinks I served those little brats gave them diahrea". Our first server Bryan was very rude and not timely at all. Our second server Taylor was wonderful and she ws tipped very well for her timely and wonderful service. I would not suggest letting angela lockman serve...
Read moreWhen I went there, a while ago, I never ate the food. I ordered a meal and some chili. The chilli never came. When I question this that the chilli didn't come first. That is when I found out that the chilli order was never put in. I got up and left. I literally went to Sonic, so I could get what I ordered. Chili's, next door neighbor Arby's, is the same way, screwing up orders. My son for whatever reason wanted to go to Chili's, for prom. I made reservations for him. The place was busy when he arrived with a line out the door. They refused to honor his reservation, told him first come first serve. He wanted to impress his date and they embarrassed him. He won't step foot in a Chili's restaurant now. Either one of us has ever eaten there and don't care how the food is. The service experience we both had there couldn't get us back. And reading the other reviews, probably wouldn't like the food anyway. It is not being seen here, but the owner responded. They want me to contact them so I will enjoy my next visit, are they kidding. My son and I both had independent bad experiences there, there is nothing to get us back. To get a good impression of how a place is, look at the bad reviews and owner responses. Most, not all just say the same thing and only want to deal with a complaint by their costumer...
